I agree with you BrunoBrimley. The point that I was trying to make was that it was people going about their daily lives that were victims on that fateful day. What I also wanted to emphasize was that this despicable and cowardly act affected people from all, races, religions, classes and political persuasions. So I was also appalled at some who tried to use this as a political platform or a place to try distasteful jokes. Oooh the irony...

At least my deep rooted psychological problems have given me the courage to join up and talk shite... While we're here, satan, care to put a bet on the next one to go?

Right. He's now relatively famous as he's been in the newspaper. Does this mean I can have a couple of quid on him for next year?

Tedious Link: Indian Oil Search In Cuban Waters The Cubans have done a deal with the Indian state oil company to search for black gold in the Cuban waters... This is really going to piss off the Bush administration and could see a possible assassination attempt on the cards...

Quality control is one aspect and if this is the case then the mods should chopping more. Chopping harder and faster also. If it's not relevant then kill it. Delete anything that isn't anything to do with the subject in hand. Or... why not have a general discussion forum for this purpose? One that covers off topic discussion? A forum that doesn't need so much debate on how it's run, or who's posting shite? This way the nitty gritty threads can be editted to the moderators content keeping everything nice and rosey for those that don't want to wade through it. All nice and topic specific. One thing we shouldn't lose sight of is that this is an Internet message board and is the refuge for those with nothing better to do and plenty of time on their hands. The whole place is an enjoyable way to kill the hours, how you do that is purely your business.

Is there anyway you can subscribe to a DeathList news service? You know... like a service that will send news to your phone everytime a celebrity dies? I'm really busy at the minute and this kind of service would be really handy in keeping up with the latest expirations... straight to the phone. They can do it with sporting results and as some of us have cash riding on these people I think it's only fair that the major networks sort it out... unless of course something already exists that I'm not aware of?

Now that Ecstasy is at a record low price would shite, possibly disabled, popstar Brian Harvey be eligible for a place on the 2006 list? He has twice attempted suicide and now that he may never walk again could his depression spiral to the ultimate low? -

Old chap?????? I think we may have mis-understood each other on this one. Call it a draw? I'll smoke to that

I think you misunderstood my post, old chap. Farmer Martin was victimised by a gang of thieves, shot and killed one and wounded another. The criminal gang made it clear that there would be reprisals. I thought this was a thread about that Tony Martin. It wasn't which is why I said it had nothing to do with burglary, firearms or gypsies. Whether they got what they deserved or not I couldn't be arsed about... I didn't have any money riding on it. I do have a couple of quid on Farmer Martin dying in a revenge attack... live by the shotgun, etc etc.
