Personally, whether Ford lives long enough to be the oldest living ex-president doesn't change my life any. I'd like to see him kick for two reasons. 1. I have him on my death pool picks. 2. As a Federal Employee, I'd get the day off for Gerry's funeral. I have absolutely nothing against Gerald Ford, mainly because I was an infant when he was president Now if we're having this conversation in 33 years and the ex-president is George W. Bush...I'd be ranting and raving that W. doesn't deserve the distinction of oldest ex-prez, not that I could do anything about it.

Where Have All The Ranters Gone?
MyBrainHurts2 replied to Paul Bearer's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Ahhh, how we've so missed the visitor insults. -
Where did you hear about LBJ's recent turn for the worse? I've done a search on Google News and didn't find anything...not to say that I don't believe, I mean, she's been circling the drain for some time.

Searched Google on Raabe and 'cherry festival' and evidently, he was booked to appear there on 7/7/06, backing up Keith's claim that he's alive...well is a relative term though. The bookings I found for him were around Michigan...I take it he lives there, but not much beyond that. I'd say he's doing well enough, just not for a lot of travel. Outsider's view, other than 90 seconds of searching, i don't know a damned thing about the man.

Oh, now that looks like a Death Pool keeper. He's not nearly as bad as Pope JP2 toward his last days, but he's somewhere down the spiral.

Oh well, Billy Graham was well enough to speak yesterday. According to the article, 83,000 people over 3 days came to Camden Yards to hear The Graham Experience...that's more than the Baltimore Orioles have been bringing in for an average 3 game series this season.

I've steered clear of downtown Baltimore...I have nothing to do with this one, I swear.

We're definitely full of crap and not letting it go anytime soon.

20+ years with parkinson's...probably a good candidate for next year, although I look more for lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, multiple myeloma and brain tumors. 15 years after a diagnosis of Parkinson's is usually time to start a death watch. MS is a lot more tricky to predict and most likely won't kill on its own (unless someone really has a progressive case). Speaking for experience on that one.

A dirty old man, same as he is now. Now...about Hilary's interns...

Is there, like, any evidence here! Ted Heath = circumstantial evidence, lots of people accepting it. Not sure about Condi Rice in this dept. Not really - it's just fun to point a finger once in a while as long as I have no personal connection with that person. Even if she is a lesbian, I don't think most people in the US, outside the Bible belt, would mind at all. It's not like I'm going to hope in my car, drive into downtown DC (which is about 10 minutes from me), hunt down Condi and ask her about her orientation. If I was going to do try to find Condi, I atleast would've shaved this morning and put on a better pair of jeans.

Something tells me that's not the only time she's switched sides. (no offense intended ) Eh, gimme a chuckle. There are still a lot of overstuffed closets in the US.

How can this egregious error be rectified millwall32? (and did you know your photo looks eerily similar to that of the late George Carlin?) It is he. He is alive. You don't know what your talking about. Are you sure about that millwall32? I checked the Social Security death records and found him dwelling there rather securely. He's alive and was on The Tonight Show a couple weeks ago. Good ol' George is going through congestive heart failure though (announced on stage in January '06).

Papon and Stroessner would be nice picks, but they're pretty soft targets. Taylor, his age being what it is, would be an especially sweet surprise. Laugher - no one had Lay picked on DDP, but my friend Kelly (we're having a head to head competition just for the hell of it) is a rookie and had Lay picked for the slab...she's waiting for Papon to kick also.

I wish I had taken a screen capture of this over the weekend, but CNN.com's lead story read "Crack found on Space Shuttle"... I think you'd have to be high on crack to get on the Space Shuttle these days. If the shuttle doesn't survive re-entry, not only will 7 astronauts die, but the shuttle program will die also.

Surely it has to be George W Bush or Tony Blair, two men deserving of long slow painful deaths. If either were murdered, I would rejoice. Please Karma, let it be so. Or the puppet master himself, my old favorite, Dick Cheney. Quail season starts in November, so we'll see. 'Theresh one (hic!) over there(hic!) oops....' Slobodan Milosevic kicked it in March while in the middle of trial, Ken Lay had a heart attack while waiting sentencing.... ....let's see, who's on trial right now that no one would mind seeing kick the bucket. Saddam.

Tutu had prostate cancer about 10 years ago. I think it's pretty safe to say, being this far removed in time, that he's safe.

We hate them all the same (**kicks unregistered twunt off his soapbox**)

HA!! My first memory of the Beatles occured on the only day of preschool that I missed, which just happened to be December 9, 1980. Not yet 5 years old, sick and in bed and listening to John Lennon all day. For those with a mathematical deficiency...that makes me 30.

If there's any credibility to the reports that she has a brain tumor, then she could be a possible choice for 2007. Can't really bank on overdoses in death pools, although people get lucky once in a while.

I think the Lord likes Graham to do a bit more repenting and atonement before He want him in. regards, Hein Naa, I just think God (if there is one) doesn't want the competition in Heaven just yet. Found a flier on my front door for Graham's appearance next month here in Baltimore. Tossed it.

To you and the Deathlist crew....nice choice.

That tops what I was planning on doing the next time Jehovah's Witnesses came to my door. Answer the door wearing a sock and a rubber band.

I wouldn't put Saddam in the same health class as Milosevic - Slobo had a well known bad ticker that could've been taken advantage of. Saddam is just a wacky Iraqi by comparison. I'm sure he has some health problems somewhere, but not a damaged heart...although one could hope.
