American satirical news show The Colbert Report has stopped production for at least two days, apparently due to the serious illness of Stephen Colbert's mother, Lorna Colbert, who is 91. I love the show, and I'd hate to see something like this happen to him . His father and two older brothers were killed in a plane crash when he was only 10. -

He was diagnosed with alzheimer's about a year ago. He's winding up his farewell tour. He's got a few more years left in him. I'd probably wait until around 2016 before I put him on any lists. His buddies Charlton Heston and Ronald Reagan lasted a while with the same disease.

Mullah Obaidullah, a senior Taliban member and the former Defense Minister of the Taliban Regime, has been confirmed to have died in prison in 2010 of a heart ailment. -
