Well that's a non-started right away. First you need to print off a form then send it in, they then send out the ballot pack which you fill in and return. I think I'll just walk the 100 yards to the polling station, don my mask and go in and vote (using my own pen/pencil). -

Thinking about applying for postal vote for the May 6 elections but then I would miss out on the polling station banter. -

Thousands Of Stunned Sea Turtles Rescued From Texas Storm. The turtles have been loaded into the back of a Subaru. They’ve been laid out in row after row on the deck of a ship. And the stunned creatures have been arrayed by the thousands in buildings without power amid the powerful winter storm that has blasted Texas with frigid temperatures this week. Wildlife groups and volunteers have pulled thousands of threatened sea turtles from the waters off the Texas coast in recent days amid the paralyzing storm. Dramatic photos show turtles hauled from frigid waters, suffering from what’s known as cold-stunning. The phenomenon happens when a sea turtle faces long exposure to cold water temperatures, often below 50 degrees. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration noted that cold-stunned turtles “become lethargic and are eventually unable to swim causing them to float at the surface.” Dramatic Photos Show Thousands Of Stunned Sea Turtles Rescued From Texas Storm (yahoo.com)

John Leyton is 85, as well known for his acting career as his singing but for my money having a number one that was banned by the BBC is the greatest. -

Rangers should be deducted one point for every player that was at that party. Fining them is no use, they get paid far too much to be worried about a piddling little fine but losing point off their season would hurt like buggery.

The lassie on the phone did say that I could get an emergency appointment if the pain got too bad but as the bridge is not actually falling out, I will just wait. I will use the discomfort to help me stop eating for the next 6 weeks. -
Did Donald Trump incite an insurrection/erection?

If they wanted to vote NO then fair enough but they should have made the vote a lot closer than it was, Trump will look on this as a great victory and use the result to incite more violence. -

I stumbled in the snow and my dog got a fright and ran away resulting in pulling me over, resulting in sore knees, elbows, wrists, hands and of all things teeth. I can cope with all but the resulting toothache, a bridge in my mouth has been knocked loose and the pain goes all the way up to my eyeball. Earliest dentist appointment is 1 April. -

If you ask the same 1000 people the same questions every time then you will get the same results. The SNP only ever ask their own supporters if there should be independance, they never ask people that would vote against it. -

My brother Duncan would have been 63 today but he never made it this far. This was him in 1964, he died in 1983 and sadly I don't have any decent pictures of him when he was older.- 54 replies
