I think the headline might be misleading. I don't think that is how you get pregnant. -
Team has gone in with five subs

Thoughts and Opinions on the 2021 Deathlist
Bibliogryphon replied to Charles De Gaulle's topic in DeathList Forum
Forty six days since the last hit. However in last year's record breaking run there was a gap of 52 days between 25th July and 15th September. However if we don't get another hit in the next three weeks we will fall behind 2015. -
Thank you Rover a very comprehensive analysis. It was interesting watching all the picks come in and whittle away the uniques then somebody comes along with another team of uniques. I think the big picks if they go will lean towards a one in each category finish but last time all the top Bond picks went. Will this last till Christmas?

UK Government plan on her being here next June as four day holiday planned for Platinum Jubilee.

Announce he and his husband ARE twins -
Each game has ended differently first one was three uniques, second one was one in each category and the third 5 in one category. It ripped through the James Bond picks last time. Some of the categories might struggle for obits or at least take some time to come through. Could be interesting.

Just putting forward a case for the inclusion of Nichelle Nichols on the 2022 list when 15 out of 23 players pick her in Scavenger Hunt then hopefully she will be a shoe in for the main list
-
You did. You were the third player to enter
-
Don't beat yourself up about this. There were a number of rejected in this group of people who held roles in the Government but did not reach Cabinet level. I should have picked them up but because the categories are so wide ranging there are players with deeper expertise and so I allow a period for legitimate eligibility challenges at the start of the game.

@MariNisia has selected to replace Rodney Elton with Kenneth Baker.
-
Looking into this it does appear that the mistake is mine. When wiki linked from Minister of State for the Environment it took you to Secretary of State which is a cabinet position. @MariNisia you can make another pick. The only limitations now the Lists have been revealed is that your selection cannot be another player's current unique selection but any currently selected by more than one player or a new unique pick is acceptable. Apologies for the confusion Thanks @RoverAndOutfor your diligence

I think the topics where I had to research gave me better answers than the ones I did from prior knowledge (Star Trek & Ministers)
-
All the lists are up Biggest group - Olympians 70 picks Smallest group - cabinet ministers 41 picks Top picks in each group Star Trek - Nichelle Nichols* (single most popular pick) MLB - Eddie Robinson Pulitzer - William Kennedy & Ned Rorem Olympians - Agnes Keleti* Ministers - Douglas Hurd* * These three picks were selected by over half the players
-
Everyone is verified. Teams will be up shortly on the front page Thanks everyone. I have hardly had to reject any picks although there was the one player (who will remain nameless) who send five Star Wars picks instead of Star Trek. I did check to see if any of them were eligible but astonishingly they weren't.

Good pickings people. One of the names mentioned is indeed the most popular. Nigel Lawson is joint third in Cabinet Ministers I still have two teams to add in though
-
Twenty three entries in. I have put up the master scoreboard. This is four players up on game 3 but we have lost @Grim Up North @The Old Crem and @Dying Probably There were five entries over the weekend so I am just going to go through these before I put the picks up. Once the picks are up you have two weeks to check for any errors (hoping not on this one) but the game is on from now so remember to flag up those obscure baseball players, Olympians and Pulitzer prize winners when they go

I am actually fairly certain that noone has picked Octagenarian Patrick Stewart!
