The more I hear from GB the more I like him. He is a long way from the 1980s irritant who would appear on TV-am in ridiculous jumpers. He has a self deprecating awareness now which is quite fun and he is extremely erudite. -
The whole Jack bit was a bit pointless. It was just to keep the companions occupied and put in some teasers for the rest of the series. Not a massive fan of Jack. It will be interesting to see if all the discussion and interest actually improves the overnight viewing figures next week or raises the catch up figures for this week.

I am not going to pile on the committee for this miss. He was not on my shadow list. He was not selected in 20/20 game. He only scraped onto The Crowdsourced list because of the 25 returning rule. It is not a shock because of his advanced age but he clearly wasn't expected to go this early. I think Gyles Brandreth would be a fine replacement on Just A Minute he understands the legacy of NP and would want to honour it. The only concern is that Paul Merton has only kept playing it because of NP. -

I hope this clears up soon I have flights booked to Hong Kong at the end of March -
Indian politicians would have traction on the Deathlist but most of them get assassinated. I have Vikram Seth and Aranduthi Roi on my longlist I also have Sonia Gandhi but I know she is Italian. If you provide a list of notable Indians we might Scavage the names for our future lists

They have set themselves a massive challenge to make a suitable payoff for this arc I am hoping it will be more River Song than Hybrid or Cartmel Masterplan

I am not really supportive of starting threads for people who have just died. Yes it is worth noting but in an appropriate thread already. The threads should be there for those people we are watching. If there is a convincing conspiracy theory around this then I withdraw my objection

Thoughts and Opinions on the 2020 List

Glad to see Doctor Who gets one place on the 2020 list and wrestling none. I could argue that Doctor Who should claim Prince Philip because of The Crown. -
I admire your optimism but I think 17 points is more than Drol finished with at the end of 2019 However a number of players have commented how difficult it was to take decisions once the first few names are down
