    Prince Philip Duke Of Edinburgh

Was discussing Diana at work an the obsession with her is like the fairytale. The Princess and the Pea. She fulfilled the concept of a real princess. I did have to enter into an impromptu telling of the fairytale because some of my younger colleagues had never heard it.

Bruce Forsyth, Bob Monkhouse and Terry Wogan were all masters of their format. You may not like them but appreciate what they did. You Bet was something that was almost only suited to BF like an ITV Generation Game. Was Bob's Full House based on an American Game Show?

Just had a look at the board and I do not recall seeing a UK version. The only one I can think of that might have been close was Paul Daniels Odd One Out It would be an interesting comparison of US and UK versions of Quiz shows.

    Political Discussions And Ranting Thread

I think you can interpret it either way depending on what you want to believe. The room would not accommodate all the journalists and maybe Boris felt that booing over a press conference would embarrass his host. but it is not a good look possibly for either camp.

    Deathlist Dreaming

I had a weird dream where I was suddenly elected Conservative party leader despite never voting Conservative and then I started worrying about the contents of my social media accounts.

Unfortunately the only person I could tap up for this sort of information walked out of work last week. He was clearly not in the right place he learned quite quickly that conversational gambits on a Monday morning that started "Did you see the rugby at the weekend?" were going to be met with tumbleweed levels of silence from the rest of the team.

Gyles Brandreth is very helpful at keeping tabs on these veteran performers. He reported that Barry Carter said he wasn't sure how long he had left and would be chancing it buying a green banana.
