You are clearly in a Rush to end this. I hope you are thinking up some excellent categories for Round III
-
I have Clive James at 4
-
Though Rotton Ali was on two uniques for months.
-
Death Impends already has one Joker hit so he is one hit away from victory

If Ramsey leaves Arsenal does the curse linger on?

Sorry I keep seeing this thread and all I can think of is La de da Gunner Graham.

I think most of my September picks were actually ineligible because I did it without reference to my Masterlist and have mostly replicated my April list. Therefore i will be losing very little by posting October early. 1. Arnold Yarrow 2. Pope Benedict XVI 3. Marieke Vervoort 4. Clive James 5. Fernando Ricksen

Simon Armitage has written something that will be broadcast on Radio 4 about a missing child and it will be interspersed with interviews with Jerry McCann. I was a bit concerned on the taste front.

Could be a good category for a future scavenger hunt. Though at the current rate of progress the might all be dead before we need one. -

There was a nice piece on the Today programme this morning. One of my daughters favourite books was Postman Pat has Too Many Parcels. I read that to her so many times. -
In Xan........a.........dùuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Surely it is a perfect match for the movie. Their only UK No.1 by the way though.
-
Montserrat Caballe is so Deathlist material. She is one of two female opera stars that non-opera fans could name. She recorded a whole album with Freddie Mercury ffs.
-
I have about 12 uniques in that Theme Team. I was surprised I got Briggs for this year. He will also be on my Shadowlist again next year.
-
The Dark Crystal as well.
-
Someone mentioned at the weekend that they thought they had heard Claudio Ranieri had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Can't see any corroborating evidence online though.
-
For October Olivia de Havilland Greg Gilbert I M Pei Jimmy Greaves Bob Barker Prunella Scales Clive James Norman Lloyd Carol Channing Sheila Mercier
-
Briggs is a unique pick on my DDP Theme Team. He looked terrible last year accepting an award with Shirley Hughes who looks set for a few years.
-
Chas Hodges brings me up to 3 hits here.
-
No.1 when I was born.
-
Paisly survives the recall petition so any vague excitement can sink back into the mire. General Election seems more likely than getting a hit here now.
-
Sticking with Prem Tinsulanonda.

The Booker shortlist is out and includes the youngest ever nominee. They just want to make my list longer and longer don't they? -
Deacon himself was key in ensuring that the band did not get ripped off. I just worry he might do a Lewis Collins on us one day.
