Anyone who had a heart would wish her all the best.

    David Cameron

Kinnock had the opposite problem to Milliband he was an excellent speaker and laid out his left of centre stall for all to see. Yet his lack of judgement (Sheffield) and a hostile right wing press meant the 1992 campaign ended in failure but if the Torys had lost in 1992 would they have been out of power for 18 years?

    2nd Death Of 2014

That cheers me up, it was so long ago that I picked I had forgotten who it was and he is on my DDP team so I am now 1/60. Things are looking up.

    Doris Day

Wiki has her down as born in 1922 and when I posted the happy birthday message this was because my paper had contained this information but on Radio 2 on Friday night their "Friday Night is Music Night" was a celebration for her 90th Birthday. Maybe she uses the same method of counting as ZZG.

    Be my guest

Seriously, I checked the BBC and didn't see his name so I thought that they were taking the piss. As you may guess I am not the sort of person who follows the line up of festivals as the prospect of spending a rainy weekend up to my armpits in mud with a bunch of zonked out hippies does not appeal. However Suzanne Vega is playing....

    Deathlist 2014

Today is day 94. Even in 2011 (bad year) we had notched up four deaths by this time. However in 2003 there were three deaths within 11 days during March and these were the first hits for the year. 2003 went on to be one of the best years ever. Are the floodgates going to open soon or is there a long death drought on the horizon? My gloom is intensified because I am still 0/60 across my three DDP teams and I only have 292 points on the Deathrace.

    Be my guest

The guest post in Wilko Johnson was annoying. I am just trying to think if a regular poster had made the same 'joke' then would I have found it funny. Maybe it needed to have a smiley or a winking face after it to indicate that it was meant to be funny. Maybe I am just being oversensitive.

    Monty Python

Promoters are saying this will be the last Monty Python reunion. They claim that pressure of work will prevent the world tour but looking at the photo is there something they are not telling us. Based on this I would predict the following order of dying Eric Idle John Cleese Terry Jones Terry Gilliam Michael Palin Anyone care to disagree?
