Authors Last A Long Time, But....

My 1000 name long list is essentially a memo pad not everyone on it is circling the drain but they have been of interest at some point. I am using it to also track unusual (non DDP) picks but I put them out in the public domain and still get a unique joker. -

Why do you think I compile those lists? -
J P Donleavy was my sixth hit in Silent. More hits in this now than GI Generation.

When I lived in Cheltenham we were at the vets one day and this guy walked in really posh suit. Yuppie type. walks up to the counter and said I am here to pick up the tablets for (starts mumbling) Mr Zippy.

Right Jean-Claude do you want the good news or the bad news? Well its the same we are not leaving after all. -
Our first hamster was called Ripley. Later we had Delenn and Sheriden and poor old Sheriden died the same day Sleeping in Light was shown in the UK. Some of you may know what I am talking about.

Give the guy a break. When I won the 2014 Inverse Deadpool it went in my sig for the next 12 months. Take glory where you can get it.

At St Pancras station waiting to catch the Eurostar to Paris for a meeting tomorrow. -
We have had two kittens in the past 12 months called Komugi and Meruem.

Budgies are great pets. When I was at Uni my GF (now my wife) used to write to me. Her budgie sat on the end of her pen and pecked the edge of the paper so ended up with patterned letters.

To be honest I think he is over-rated as a Director
-
You beat me to him. I had to go for Peter Sallis instead. He was on my draft shadowlist for next year.

If there is ever a DL Con in Brussels you should get yourself some food at this stand in the Gare du Midi.

The other guy is married to Shakira and her hips don't lie. -
This game is about probability not desire. You know more about these people than footballers or politicians so it makes sense to pick them. I had picked Terry Pratchett on a Couple of pools but it still felt like a punch to the stomach when I heard he had died.

So .. What Do You Watch On TV?
Bibliogryphon replied to Banshees Scream's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
With the exception of Doctor Who I have pretty much given up on watching broadcast TV but I was visiting my in-laws on Saturday and had the misfotune to witness Len Goodman's Partners in Rhyme clearly this treat is aimed at those people who are put off by the intellectual rigours of Catchphrase. They have given up scraping the bottom of the barrel and are not investigating what is under the barrel. -

Not being a football fan I have often thought that about CR7 when I have observed his antics but where does the suggestions about the others come from, rumour or personal speculation? -
Just seen a tweet from Derek Griffiths that she is in a bad way and sending best wishes.

He was on my (very) long list. Have read a few of his collaborations with Larry Niven. I think Pournelle added readability some of Niven's stand alone efforts are really hard going. -
Just keep me going until I get a hit.
