Who Should Be On The 2013 Deathlist?
adrian0719 replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList Forum
Thatcher is a Deathlist staple, I think we have to keep her. Patty Andrews is a must and I'm pretty sure that Saif Gaddafi trial next year will be lethal. -
This story really seems to follow the Niemeyer trend: lung infection, lucid, stable, on the mend... I expect a turn for the worse by next week if things are going to repeat themselves.

The US's most tenured Senator, Daniel Inouye, has been hospitalised in Hawaii. "For the most part, I'm OK," he says. http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Senator+Daniel+Inouye+hospitalized+says+most+part/7678068/story.html

Spot on, Windsor. I'll admit Andrea is on my list, but Grace Eun Sung Lee and that terminaly ill Hillsborough mother aren't, neither sit that comfortably with me.. somehow Andrea does though. The latter (Hillsborough lady) isn't really worth the points for that slightly uncomfortable feeling. Grace fits for me, because I feel that there's a story there. She wanted to die, was allowed, then choose not to. The Teri Schiavo of 2012. My criteria for deadpool picks is that I basically know something about them, their story etc., and I think she fits that. Picking people that I only know of because they're sick though, I try to avoid. For me at least, there should be some kind of connection.

I think your interpretation of the article is a little draconian, but the part about him never having named a successor before is interesting.

I know he's not Deathlist material, but Damon Harris of The Temptations, known for their hit, "Papa Was a Rolling Stone", is gravely ill with prostate cancer.

Want U Back is a bloody hit! Cher Lloyd is the new *Queen* of Pop!

Speculation over Zimbabwe Vice President John Nkomo's death. If he isn't dead, he's certainly a good pick for 2013.

And his cancer's back.

Probably not the Albrecht you were all hoping for, but Aldi heir and nephew of Karl, Berthold Albrecht died last month aged 58. -
Was going to go with no one, but after this Zsa Zsa story came to light, I thought against it. 24 days to see if she can make like Niemeyer and have this infection escalate to an end.

With the week we've been having and the fact that old Oscar started out with "just" a respiratory infection, she could be hit number 13 soon!

I think we ought to keep Mugabe, I still can't not think about that Wikileaks cable where someone in his government said he'd be gone by 2013...

I just honestly hope he goes before the new year. I have so many other names that could fill his space. I can see him making it just to the 1st or 2nd. Just to spite me!!

Very interesting indeed. I always thought "infirm" sounded too juicy.

As much as I'd love to believe he's brain dead, 'The Nation' is the same rag that told us QEII was dying of cancer.
