RIP...I guess. Maybe this starts a period of DeathList cleaning up.

    American Football Players

Seriously, what the hell is going on at the ESPN studios? It's like the Kansas City Royals dugout in the late 70s, some cancer molecules floating around infesting everyone. Two dead already, Sagar and Mortenson and this Gilmore guy and a couple I'm sure I'm forgetting.... all have cancer. SC Hmm, something in the walls? I could believe it.

Maybe someone for OoO's list: Frankie Schneider, NASCAR "legend" (?) turns 90, has cancer that has spread to his bones but is currently in remission: http://www.nj.com/hunterdon/index.ssf/2016/07/nascar_legend_frankie_schneider_turns_90.html https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankie_Schneider Probably just outside of obitability.

    Ask A Deathlister

Thanks, I am also pessimistic. I misworded that last question. It was meant to mean:"Is his incoming death a very likely possibility?" not "would you use his ill health for deadpooling points?" though I guess that this is also an interesting question. I have some problems with betting on the death of people I like, but don't know personally. But I would do it. But I suspect I wouldn't do it if I knew them personally.

    Ask A Deathlister

The father of a friend has cancer. I've heard it's colon cancer. It has spread, but I don't know where to. He got surgery last week and had 2 strokes since then. But then I've also heard that he has some kind of blood anomaly. Last night, they moved him to the neurosurgery department. Something is pressing against his cerebellum. I only have incomplete information, but what do you think? Is he going to make it? How long does he have left? Would you put him in your deadpool if he was obitable? (He isn't.)

    The Generation Game

It looks as if it paid off to delay bedtime yesterday by almost two hours to finish updating my list. It must have been a matter of hours. There are reports that his family already believed Hanif Mohammad to be dead, but he was still breathing and had very low pulse. These false death reports entered the press about 12 hours ago. He seems to have died just a couple of hours later. There might a bit of news delay but I'm ..probably... on the safe side. Anyway, this game is not about the fastest deaths but about the "least slow" death. I mean, this compeititon could last decades.

    Best Historic Dl Forum Threads

Good thread! Similar to Rock Hudson, the Freddie Mercury thread would have been interesting. The Marlene Dietrich thread would have been a typical thread on the Death List section, with her spending the last 10years of her life in bed.

Intersting placing for this observation. One for the 2017 list? Eh, you're right... It's because I lazily searched for the word "comics". Post should be moved, I guess.

William Miliken, former governor of Michigan (1969-1983) and 94 years old. Extremely boring pick but I just found out he exists because he endorsed Hillary Clinton. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Milliken
