Even in my longlist I hardly assign a 100% chance of dying. Currently, only non-DDP people have it. Those you want to pick are usually young and relatively robust (pre-illness). They might be doomed but they could still outlast 2017. The best suggestion might be to pick those who already outlasted most of 2016 against the odds.
