I'm so happy I don't have to listen or watch to anymore commercials for the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight soon. Why is that fight so different from thousands of others?

All the recent horrible news about her health came from the National Enquirer as far as I know. I'm also having doubts about her "potential".

Terrorists & Topical Terrorist Targets
gcreptile replied to maryportfuncity's topic in DeathList Forum
Here's a conspiracy theory: In Germany, the impact of the Edward Snowden revelations never stopped. Last week, it was revealed that our german secret service, the BND, supported the American NSA in their spying on other european politicians and especially France. It is possible that the BND even helped the NSA with spying on Germany's own companies. The background of this is that, since World War II, modern Germany has been a construct of American "nation building" and Germany (like many other countries) has been a bit of a vasall of the USA since then. Now, there are lots of angry voices demanding reforms of our secret service, and an end of support to American secret services in their endless fight against terror (which might be a disguise for spying on german companies). It could be that this timely revelation of a prevented terror attack is just a charade to remind people how important the secret service and the fight against terror is. Maybe they are going to claim that American help was very helpful here. -
I believe it, YoungWillz! It took some time, so it was likely that two efforts would overlap. @ Bibliogryphon: I guess one could try fishing for a unique hit, but if that does not succeed, then one has a couple of 90+ year old people whose likelihood of dying is just the same as those of tons of others. These lists are better for trying to find out who not to pick I guess.

Ok, YoungWillz, here's an update of sorts:

If death comes in threes, than which other 60s soul legend is going to die soon? How is Al Green doing? (Apparently, fine.) Or Sly Stone?

Seems like a remote chance. I guess they might screen for prostate cancers and the vast majority of those are medically insignificant (early stage indolent cancers). Good catch! I haven't seen the article about the pig brothel, but looking at these other posts it's painfully obvious that it's a hoax/faux news site. That outrageous quote from Rockefeller must've rung the bell but the rest of the article wasn't funny enough to alert me. I also have to admit that I wasn't on my guard cause gcreptile and SirCreep already commented on it as if it was serious and that made me lazy enough to ignore the cues. Heh, this morning, in the bathtub (for whatever reason), I also began to think that it was a hoax.

Maybe it's a new trend to post selfies (with cellos?) at terrorist strike sites? -

That is terrifying. How could he already spend 6 hearts? Aren't there other people needing those as well? It's the money...How could he spend 6 hearts? Well, the article states he went jogging a week after the first of those operations... His attitude to these transplants might be a little strange as well... It almost sounds like some of these were not even absolutely necessary. And let's not forget the two livers. I kind of hope that something like this could never happen in Europe and the waiting lists for organs are based on need and medical criteria, and not the wealth of the individual. I'm probably too naïve. In fact, organ donations have collapsed in Germany because of several scandals of that kind: http://www.spiegel.de/gesundheit/diagnose/organ-skandal-zahl-der-organspenden-sinkt-dramatisch-a-876176.html http://www.berliner-zeitung.de/berlin/manipulationen-bei-organspenden-neuer-herzzentrum-chef-will-organ-skandal-aufarbeiten,10809148,28586842.html http://www.zm-online.de/home/nachricht/Organskandal-Deutsches-Herzzentrum-unter-Verdacht_245888.html
