What Are You Listening To Right Now?
En Passant replied to Joey Russ's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Given the fact that you appear to be posting each track as you listen to it the last thing you need is more alcohol. -
To be fair, this was fantasyland not so long ago.

Ok, enough with the brinkmanship. NZ by 14 -
There is simply not enough information publicly available to draw any firm conclusion yet. We have no idea if the driver is simply a pawn sent to collect a can from point A: and deliver it to point B: or if he was more involved that that. If it is true that the tractor was driven all the way from Ireland via Holyhead with zero cargo to move a can a few miles in Essex that's certainly bloody suspicious because it's hardly economically sensible. I'd be asking some questions if I were the driver. On the flip side, you do what you're told if you're at the bottom of any chain really. Also just because the trailer had a refrigeration unit on it, doesn't mean it was switched on. In fact some trailers where the unit packs up are simply used for non-refrigerated goods if it's not viable to fix it. Why when you have a lot of money invested in its human contents, would you turn it on? Don't get it. He'll be answering some questions in the time honoured fashion, scared of multiple murder charges and probably even more scared of whoever sent him in the first place. Not enough information yet IMO.

Fail! On the basis of your take one for the team inverse inverse, yet understandable because most of the inverse non-inverse picked her so you shouldn't have and didn't. (nobody gets an explanation of all the double negatives in this, can't follow it myself). Yes, but relatively lowly on your list, most had her higher, (I climbed similarly due to her being 20th on my list)

She's not fussy though, Warren Clarke was there as Andy Dalziel whilst looking like a particularly portly version of the proverbial bulldog chewing a wasp. Couldn't even put it down to his in character charm either really, unless extremely blunt is your thing. His epitaph was of course up in 2014.

Naturally I'm as aware as anyone else who reads the news that an inmate labelled as a 'nonce' is at risk of this sort of reprisal and the more abhorrent their crimes presumably the more at risk. The part I was curious about was the specific labelling of Full Sutton as a 'death sentence' compared to Wakefield, which I was unaware had the label 'Monster Mansion' (or a reputation leading to such an appellation). Clearly since Hatch and Huckle are now dead and Huntley could have been, the level of segregation in these non-specialised prisons (ie. a wing) is insufficient to ensure their safety. Something similar happened to Peter Sutcliffe on more than one occasion and his crimes were not against children. It's not my place to suggest that all nonces (for want of a better catch all phrase) should be located in the same prison, but it does seem obvious as Going Underground alludes that locating them all in one place would lead to less such attacks. I just searched for Ian Watkins as the other obvious example and it appears he is indeed at Wakefield. I'm not mourning the losses either, what they did is despicable and I struggle to even contemplate the mindset intellectually never mind the almost physical revulsion I feel emotionally, but the question was not about what I think or feel about it, rather how our prison allocation system appears to be almost condoning vigilante justice in such cases, however of course that's a statement made without knowing all the circumstances. Oh, and don't be a nonce with an H surname....

Curious now. Why is this so? I mean I know there are different categories and so on, but why is Full Sutton inherently more 'dangerous' than say Wakefield?

Images that have been burned into your mind
En Passant replied to the_engineer's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Why do I find that more disconcerting than the fact he ultimately died? I do though. That one would burn on anyone's mind I'd have thought. Can't see that getting wiped easily. A&E Doctors with their, perhaps understandable, dark humour call are known to refer to motorcyclists as organ donors. -
Kudos Deathers, I spotted the prince phillip sock straight away, but this is a whole order of sleeping shills better, you've slipped here though.

In view of these recently surfaced mitigating circumstances the court is on this occasion prepared to waive any immediate custodial sentence. However it must be stated that ignorance of the principle of Joint Enterprise law is not in and of itself sufficiently exculpatory to obviate punishment entirely. Furthermore, you could have closed your eyes and stuck your fingers in your ears and shouted "La la la, La la la" for 90 minutes, it wouldn't have killed you. Dons black cap......You will be taken from this place and made to watch 12 hours of Danny Dyer films straight and may that be a lesson to you. Bailiff take him down.

Perhaps even more disconcertingly to those of us locally who are now used to viewing your posts in awe of the intellectual wit contained therein, this supposes that in order to ascertain any likely effect upon its star, you are familiar with the content of this film and furthermore actually bothered to view it having presumably seen its predecessor. Oh and er, no, sorry. Me neither.
