Julie Newmar, who has had some health scares in recent years, seems well & truly over them judging by this interview - http://www.rockcellarmagazine.com/2013/03/04/julie-newmar-catwoman-interview/

Just doing a mid-year cull for the DDP next year, and one of those dropped is Ronald Forfar, Freddy Boswell in Bread. Only 74, but that meant he was early 50's when he was in Bread, and he looked near 70 then. Doesn't appear to have done much for aeons, but no health news means he's too much of a risk to pick.

In remission - http://www.burnleycitizen.co.uk/news/10286255.print/. Fellow OoO theme team pick Graham Hawkins is also in remission, which probably shows how much attention I pay my theme team, and how much I pay to my main team. One is top, the other is bottom.

Just for records sake, does the King obit NOT count? Does it need to be an article rather than a wiki lift feed?
-
What about the 2013/2014 season, which is next season? Or is Moyesy doing one year before Heskey takes over? Answers, please...

No, it will be Martin Ling. Stress related illness just a cover

Pretty convinced there is a horse-racing thread other than the tipster one in Extra-C, but if there is, I can't find it. Anyway, former DDP Pick and one of the oldest trainers still going, Reg Hollinshead, has died, aged 89. http://www.racingpost.com/news/horse-racing/veteran-trainer-reg-hollinshead-dies-at-89/1262281/top/#newsArchiveTabs=last7DaysNews

Number 25 in the World's oldest list - Mabel Ragan, has gone at the tragically young age of 112 - http://www.omaha.com/article/20130502/NEWS/130509886/1685

Leopold Engleitner, the oldest living Holocaust survivor, has died, aged 107. Uk obits straight out - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2318402/Oldest-known-Holocaust-survivor-refused-Jehovahs-Witness-faith-dies-aged-107.html?ito=feeds-newsxml, not that it mattered, as surprisingly, like Wasserman Davis, he wasn't picked for the DDP. Maybe 4 points for a soft pick isn't worth the place in final 20 for people any more.

Have more marbles now; UK Obit for Claude King? - http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/artists/b92381f0-71a1-4368-bf4e-2c76248f1bd8

Is there a reason David Bond wasn't mentioned. Unless I've missed it?

http://www.thisissouthwales.co.uk/Tributes-Lord-Mayor-Dennis-James-dies-aged-68/story-18838094-detail/story.html#axzz2Rsg8fDPp Dead - no obituary yet, but there's a chance BBC Wales might cover it in the next 48 hours. Be a good hit for Bertie boy if it happens, and a brave one. I dropped James as I didn't think he'd get the obit.

We're talking about Ricky Hatton's ex-trainer aren't we? Wouldn't thought he's likely to die, think he must only be late 50's if that. I'll go for the old preacher chap.

To save Adrianwhatsit searching, here is the Zizzy Bouteflika thread. A constructive use of the search function so oft ignored. Apparently Zizzy has had a stroke. He'll live. Not for ever of course but he'll see the end of this month for sure.
