It probably is making him tired and fed up as migraines often occur with double vision even if it is purely the result of an eye condition.I can't see it affecting him as a political leader however I am not sure it is a good idea to cycle with double vision .

The question is what is causing the muscle weakness.I have noted he often moves his head to one side when speaking which I assumed was a mannerism but the eye weakness may be the reason.

Can be a range of conditions ranging from cataracts to MS or a brain tumour.It is to do normally with muscle weakness in the eye.My Grandad had one at 90 due to peripheral neuropathy combined with age.

It is suspicious how she went from constantly on TV to never seen in public very quickly.Even if she is retired completely you would still expect her to make a guest appearance on the view for her 90th.
