I agree .I would not dream of taking a picture of a sick family member unless there was a medical reason for doing so (hospital acquired injury etc) but even then I would not publish it.I would only ever give permission for a picture like that to be posted in the media if a relative had been attacked as part of an appeal. It is just undignified a bit like the pictures of Zsa Zsa Gabor in her final years.It is unflattering and not consensual.
