The Americans are going to feel obliged to ask themselves some serious questions.

 

One might be:

 

"Who selled guns to them Injuns anyhow?"

 

The gun people will probably get away with claiming it is a Native American problem, not one of US society as a whole.

 

Live and don't learn, it would seem.

I'm sure Michael Moore will be returning any spent bullets to the shop in a satirical manner in the near future...

 

Already reporting that the lad was quoted on a neo-Nazi website (National Rifle Association perhaps?) so the lone nut will be blamed.

 

Strange that a country that will have a special session of Congress and Senate to pass a law to prevent a woman having food withdrawn to protect her life will do completely nothing about gun control - or am I just mad?

I quite liked Mark Thomas's comment on the subject of guns: 'If guns don't kill people, why does the Ministry of Defence give them to the British army? Surely, we'd be better off arming our troops with jellyfish and catapults'.
