I think the fact that English is my second language allows me to make several mistakes here and there.

the DL's pedantry chiefs have examined IYG's message and found it essentially error-free, allowing that "retard", although most commonly used as a verb, is accepted in the current vernacular as a noun. And we're not very PC here, so it's ok on that front.
