Shouldnt the mods given their respective locations,organise a rota system so one of our esteemed leaders is on duty 24/7. Did you get that phone for your mum G ? They work the site around their own personal commitments. If you start giving them set times when they should be moderating, it kills the fun for them too. I think that members who have been around for very short periods of time, regardless of the amount of sh*t they have elected to post, should not take it upon themselves to instruct the Mods how to run the forum. I think that members who have been around for very short periods of time, regardless of the amount of sh*t they have elected to post, should not take it upon themselves to instruct the Mods how to run the forum.
