June Walker Rogers, a Broadway performer, playwright and author who worked with the likes of Dick Van Dyke, Hal Linden and Tony Bennett, died July 8th. She was 97. Her death was being reported on August 3rd.

Adam Epstein, a Tony Award-winning producer, has died. He was 49. Epstein had been battling a brain tumour. He won the Tony for his 2002 adaptation of John Waters’ 1988 film, “Hairspray.”
