Either something is going to happen in the next day or two OR the bowel movement I was sensing was actually my own lucky good run last week in the Derby Dead Pool were 2 of my unique picks and joker picks in 2 of my teams died within days of each other. In other words I could have been sensing my own glorious bowel movement rather than the committees bowel movement! However I do think it is highly likely the committee is going to get very busy with toilet roll and the flush rather soon! -
When will Harry and meghan divorce if at all?

I think the law of diminishing returns is starting to set in . In terms of public impact, curiosity and outrage about any of their 'revelations' and claims I think they are all reducing. In short people are less bothered and interested and frankly aren't all that ar**d . They've now shot their wad and much of their credibility. I suspect they both massively overplayed their hand and thought they were so popular that post Oprah interview public opinion would be massively on their side forcing the royal family to give into their demands. Overestimating their own popularity seems to have been a bit of an achilles heel for them. -

If I get a third 'hit' in my blueberry crumble team before the months out then maybe I will seal that title but admittedly it's a big ask especially with just three days to go! Joanne Woodward, Vera Miles , Rosemary Squires are were my hopes are most pinned!

Never mind the crumbles I'm on a roll!!

I'm still smarting from Saturdays eurovision! I would also have been happier if Switzerland or Sweden or Malta had won. A few others surprised me because they didn't score better. Notably Spain, Norway and Iceland. The scoring can be baffling at times! -

Thanks for clarifying. I myst have seen him recommended in a thread on ideas for picks and just assumed someone would pick him because Rainbow was such a phenomenon/ part of the zeitgeist. -

I must admit for the second time this week I am surprised that nobody has picked a particular person that has died in any Derby Dead Pool team. I actually was convinced someone had picked him and thought I'd seen his name on the list but when I checked no he was unpicked. Was he picked by somebody last year? Perhaps that is behind my confusion? -

Fair points but apparently John was one of her favourite husbands on a personal level. Eddie Fisher was the one she badmouthed a lot . I believe she was rarely if ever critical of John and didn't seem to have an axe to grind or a grudge against him despite the marriages failure.

Bless you lol! With full respect to John Warner and no offence intended I am delighted!
