Yes I learned a lot about you fine folks in the EU (or not). Interesting search. I think I did too much side reading, you know...all busy learning shit....rather than focusing on the task at hand. SC

I'm stunned only 4 people have Barbara Barrie. She is truly the only person in any of these lists you can point at with a medical condition that may knock her down tomorrow (or 2025). She was the Vervoort of this entire game. Of course I say that as a person who only looked at about half the Grammy years, as I was drained from the Bacon chronicles. I shoulda spent a couple more days but I don't think I missed an obvious Grammy pick. SC

Sorry for the Crimmins re-post. I went straight to comics/comedians and didn't see it so posted. I'll learn one day.... (maybe). SC

Barry Crimmins, the beloved cult comic and advocate for victims of childhood sexual abuse, died Wednesday of cancer at the age of 64. SC

Richard Glickman, who served as a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Scientific and Technical Awards Committee for more than 25 years, has died. He was 91. Glickman died Feb. 18 in Sherman Oaks, Calif., his daughter, Katherine Moore, announced. A consulting engineer and expert in the field of lighting and related technology for film, television and the stage, Glickman in 2003 was the recipient of the Academy's John A. Arthur J. Moss, a researcher who was credited with saving countless patients from fatal cardiac disorders, including a rare genetic heart glitch that can kill suddenly, died on Feb. 14 at his home in Brighton, N.Y., a suburb of Rochester. He was 86. The cause was cancer. Dr. Eric Topol, a cardiologist at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, Calif., said of Dr. Moss, “He’s probably done more to advance our understanding of heart rhythm disorders than any cardiologist or researcher in the world.” SC

Sean Lavery, one of New York City Ballet’s busiest and most acclaimed dancers until a spinal tumor sidelined him in 1986, died on Monday in Palm Springs, Calif., where he had lived in recent years. He was 61. His sister Anne Alsedek confirmed his death. The cause was not given. SC Something different -- an attached dance video.

They were padding the books.

It'll be ok. You prefer 'wrote'?

Here it is. Starts at 1:00, mocking the works of Dr. David E. Martin.

Everyone seems more dismissive than I am presently about getting to brass tacks. Google isn't being my friend, what is this cat's claim to fame for 'celeb' status? SC (EDIT: OK looks like he authored a couple books on running (There's a comic that makes fun of such books, forget who it is). I guess that's enough?

Parrikar was one of my final 5 cut-downs. Good pick but maybe a few weeks too soon. SC

Well he DID pick the right team in my first match, and quite likely has in this one as well

Oh My GAWD!!!!! So I post my team of 11 on Facebook for those who know I’m demented and accept me anyway lol. My second cousin (she ran for Mayor of Seattle a couple election cycles back) sees my post and says “You know my friend Bernie [De Koven]???” Holy shit. I say no I just know his medical condition and he sounds like an incredible guy. I mean wtf else can I say? I’m waiting for her response and unfriending me lol. SirC Edit: Now if I were dedicated to winning this and crass enough I’d ask her to ask him how that lung cancer and spinal stenosis are coming along.

Bobby Brown recently participated in a tell-all interview with Rolling Stone, where he shared his perspective on both deaths of Whitney and his 22-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. According to Brown, drugs didn't play a factor in Houston's demise, but there were other things "that played a part" in Whitney's death, for instance, "Just being broken-hearted." Meanwhile, Brown harbors great resentment for Nick Gordon. He doesn't think justice was served because Gordon is still walking around free. "Justice? If he was locked up somewhere where somebody can rape him.” SC

Wrong again, honey.

Gcreptile (Hannigan, Vervoort, Thacker E, Jose, Dole, Wouk, Bolduc A, Tafoya A, D Kumar, S Anzaki, Ahmed M) Vs Sir Creep (DeKoven, DeHavilland, Hannigan, Vento, Shivakamura, Thacker E, Vervoort, Benson T, Jenkins B, Tajima, Tiwari ND) Another 8-vs-8, both teams three players red carded. Honestly, is this going to come down to Herman Wouk vs Olivia De Havilland?

What’s with deadsox having a team with ‘Youngs Cocks Ripa di Meana Butts?’ Thats not even subliminal.

She was one of my last two adds. If the boxer hadn’t croaked and Orlando Cepeda has glowing reports of recovery, she’d have been OUT. SC

Dammitall to hell my steal Ernie Thacker and who else has him...my opponent! That’s a wash. (gcreptile saying the same thing) anyone NOT have Vervoort?
-
Yeah that was interesting but I suppose not unexpected. Flyweights hit softer than heavyweights, so long term punishment less I suppose. The lighter the weight class the more 70+ there were

She said goodbye to her dog last week. Old news.
