Thanks. My list isn't really that big right now. To be honest, I would probably have my team ready in about mid December anyways, and only change it if someone like Bob Dylan is said to be in critical condition or something. There are a few people (obvious ones such as Christie or Sellers) that already are on my team, but I keep debating myself what other people could be added as well, plus a few backup in case someone like Christie or Sellers dies before the game starts. Don't poo poo your backup when you submit your list. I wasn't the only person this year who flippantly threw a name on the email only to watch Howard Davis Jr cark it midday on Dec 31, sending everything into a tizzy. SC

China's first female pilot of a J-10 fighter jet, Ms Yu Xu, died in a flying accident on Saturday (Nov 12). The South China Morning Post reported that her plane plunged to the ground and she was unable to eject in time. Some reports in the Chinese media, however, said she managed to eject but hit the wing of another plane. The incident occurred in Hebei province, a day after China's air force day. What happened to Toblerone chocky? And what do you mean 'what a day'? Vaughn was the only notable death. It's been quite a WEEK yes, with Reno and Cohen and Vaughn. But Nov 11 wasn't special as deaths go. SirC

Can't wait for your critique of Tom Waits when he dies as having a bad song voice, you tin-eared ass. Insulting the man and his work is PRECISELY what you meant to do. SC

Maybe use this thread instead for this? https://forums.deathlist.net/topic/8436-predict-the-drop-40/?p=215870 Or just how about not posting every stream of consciousness? To the victors go the spoils. That's how elections work. Your not voting on a percentage of input in decisions. The Brexit people won and rule the day; get to decide and establish the rules and policies and procedures to make it happen. You might say, in a sense, their message should be 'you lost suckers choke it down.' What the hell did you think the losing side was supposed to get, a participation trophy? Today someone is going to get over 40 million votes and 42% of the vote and lose, and guess what concern the winner will have about those people when establishing rules and policies and procedures and putting a cabinet together. You got it.... SC

Lots of folks posting about long lines. I went to my polling place a block from my home; the line was 2 people long and we got three precincts in the same room lol. I'm guessing a lot of folks took advantage of early voting. SC -
