True story - my maternal grandfather died walking home from church when a lorry and bus collided and crushed him on the pavement.

Not really ironic but he obviously didn’t get his prayers right.

My mum was 2 at the time and my Gran was 6 months pregnant.

One of my little sister’s best friends (about 10 years old at the time) was walking to Catechism and when crossing the main road to get to church she dropped her Catechism book in the road, turned to get it, and was run over and killed.  @Grim Up North I chalk this up to something along the lines of your grandfather.  More questions than answers.

Michael Hernandez, who as a 14-year-old carefully planned the cold-blooded murder of his best friend Jaime Gough by luring him into a school bathroom stall and slitting his throat, has died in prison. He was 31.

  7. Reggie the Campus Corgi swam in the Pacific Ocean, hiked through Zion National Park and flew on airplanes across the country.

There was no place he was happier, though, than walking through the University of Michigan campus to brighten the days of students and staff alike, Reggie’s owner Michael P. Sola said.  The red-and-white Pembroke Welsh corgi, whose presence as a greeter on the UM campus and in downtown Ann Arbor made him a minor celebrity, died unexpectedly on Dec. 20, 2020, at the age of 10. Sola confirmed Reggie’s passing on his Facebook page last week.

Care to explain why you posted that?

I'm guessing because you didn't post it in the Opera thread.  That's OK, I took care of it without considering someone posted it here.  *insert Judge Judy here*
