Well just to play devil's advocate, Twitter's rules must be in accordance with the law. Companies can't just set rules which breach the laws to which they are subject. Agreed. Let's face it, there'll always be places or platforms willing to spout views of her and like hers. Christ, imagine a world where we didn't have the protections we take for granted these days.
