OldWillz had them on incessantly, which I don't mind because the Columbos are so watchable time and again. The one you speak of is probably one of my least favourite features. The accents are tortuous and it dances on the head of a pin to avoid offending the British (terrorism) and the Irish Americans (freedom fighter). So much so, I always end up missing the whole denouement. My favourites are McGoohan as the funeral director and Shatner as the actor with a shady past.
