Having had the personal experience of this, any chest pains that go on for longer than around 15 minutes = phone 999, and chew down 4 x 75mg aspirin. That is my specialist's advice. They'll do a simple test at the hospital to see whether there has been any heart issues, and you don't want to damage heart tissue, which if you delay you may do. Then if an attack comes, the tissue might not be strong enough to save you. Get it done.
