Also, Denis Norden means my hit dry spell for Hare’s has ended. Now is the time they should be going...

DbN Transfer?

Never thought I’d rank this highly in the inverse pool tbh. Not to worry, someone like Val Kilmer will probably drop me to the mid table mediocrity that I’m used to being in this pool...
-
John Key is at risk of elimination here now that Denis Norden has died...

Didn’t pick Denis Norden here. My small chance of a victory continues...
-
Sad news. He seemed like a decent fella, hence why I picked him in Hare’s the past two years. RIP

Want a successor to the late Mike Pintek? Step right up Marty Griffin.

Pretty sure I’m not the only one who have seen articles for right to die campaigner Gaynor French since 2017. She now has been granted that right.

I really wasn’t expecting him to get an obit, but then again, MMA is not my cup of tea...

Bill Geist is going on a ‘trip of a lifetime’.

And now dead. -
Well, I know there’s at least one at the forum...
-
Dead. Too bad he never made the list.

Katie Price worried about who will take care of Harvey when her mother goes. Trying to lure dead poolers into picking her next year, huh? -
Chris Cornell has stage 4 cancer.
-
Or maybe he has the slower burning pancreatic cancer like Aretha Franklin or Steve Jobs. Still probably shouldn’t be living for as long as he did, but I think that’s a possibility...

Dead Dave Swarbrick (And Fairport Convention)

Mentioning Maartin Allcock’s death here for completeness. -
And so the shortlist cull continues. Who knows where all that time has gone?
-
Er, I got a hit with Rachael Bland early in the month (not Richard Bland as on the masterlist), and yet that’s not updated yet...
-
Not sure. 3 and a half months is still a long time for someone who is clearly starting to look much frailer and is struggling to breath normally. I do think he’s more likely to see the year out than not, but somethings nagging me that this is it, and he could be going more quickly than expected...
-
Aye, I’m sure that we’re all getting ready to get brutally murdered by you ready to compete with you again.
-
He looks so much thinner than Hawking ever was. I think the dice will be falling for him soon. But 2018 or 2019? That’s the big question...
-
Yeah, I got to say that this is definitely an important development in terms of the DDP title race. Could turn out to be the DDP winning hit even. Interesting times ahead...
