Peter Robbins - the voice of Charlie Brown in the 60s specials - arrested for "stalking and threatening his former girlfriend and a plastic surgeon who gave her a breast enhancement he apparently didn't like." Perhaps the enhancements were shaped like footballs.

Where Will The Next School Massacre Be?
Death Impends replied to maryportfuncity's topic in DeathList Forum
I loved that quote! The logistics of it make it an astounding claim. I do not know numbers but there must be in excess of 100000 primary and secondary schools in America and can you imagine trying to find at least one armed security guard for each establishment who then will have to be checked to ensure that they themselves would not pose a threat to the children (in any sense). It beggers belief. For those who are familiar with fire safety there is the fire triange - three elements all of which need to be present to start a fire, source of ignition, fuel and oxygen. To prevent fire you ensure that one of the elements is not present such as no smoking or preventing the storage of combustible materials close to a heat source. Surely it is best to remove the element that is need to a mass shooting i.e a gun capable of firing mass rounds. This is not an argument for getting rid of a hunting rifle or a single shot gun. I replied to some pro-gun nut on Facebook by saying that guns are made to maim and kill. His reply? "guns aren't made to kill, they're made for hunting" HAHAHAHA!! what do they do, lull the animal into a false sense of security and then render them unconscious without killing them? Doing an Ariel Sharon to 'em -

Even per US standards Texas is especially unsurprising, given how gun obsessed the place is -
Amazingly it looks like this won't be the hospitalization that kills him. Can't linger for much longer though, been almost two years since he was given two years to live.

Ideas And Possibilities For 2014

Lung cancer's view of the same skirmish isn't recorded, though I note Valerie was also hospitalised over fears of a stroke recently. Usually, in such cases, lung cancer's view might be summarised as; "Come back you bastard, we'll call it a draw!" If she's walked away from this round ahead on points...respect to the woman. But the word "unscathed" seldom appears in these accounts. Mhm, and even if the cancer doesn't pop up again there's still increased frailty as a consequence. She's certainly one to keep an eye on. -

Hey, hey, LBJ! How long ago did you die today? 40 years is the answer. -
My main teams are nearly gone with only five left total: John Landeryou, John Matheson, and Theodore Van Kirk from 08-09 and Ronnie Biggs and Annette Funicello from 09-10... 6 from my cartoon roster are still alive: Deitch, Foray, Freberg, Road, Storch, and Waldo while there's still 9 out of 10 alive on my premature obits theme

Would be interesting if two Stan the Mans left in close proximity

Both already mentioned in the baseball thread. Damn, I'm sorry! My turn to act like the gormless guest, I guess. I checked this forum very thoroughly for a baseball thread, but I didn't look in extra-curricular. I thought that area was for talking about other stuff, not reporting deaths. That's true for the most part, the baseball thread is one of the odd ones out, perhaps the only one.

Interview with Araucaria here. Doesn't sound like he'll be sticking around for 2014. I'd be very surprised myself, I could perhaps see him lasting to summer though -

It seems to be lucky on my part he died before the New Year: I've occasionally checked to see if he'd have gotten a relevant obit and a few weeks later, he's gotten some US obits of note such as one from the Washington Post, but nothing UK-based. -
DEAR ABBY: People at a community I'm at aren't being nice to me. I mentioned to them that you're dead, but I didn't realize someone else mentioned it before me and now they're being rough on me. How can I make sure I don't annoy them again? - DISTRESSED GUEST DEAR DISTRESSED: I understand the difficulty of your situation, but trust me on this that it can easily be resolved. Read before you post, numbskull.

Charlotte Rae is also still around, albeit she was only in the early episodes Also looking at it, Norman Lear has outlived a shitload of stars on the shows he's produced
