Douglas turned 91 today.

I jumped on the Billy Graham bandwagon.

Uh, that article is from 2005. But still, I don't think his condition would change much since then.

Are We Going To Keep Any Of These For Next Year?
Death Impends replied to Rotten Ali's topic in DeathList Forum
I voted for Patrick Moore. -
Barbara West, who Maryport picked, has died and has gotten a suitable obituary.
-
Now 89. Here's an article.
-
Eve Curie, the daughter of Marie Curie as well as publisher of the book Madame Curie, dead. Since the article's German, I'll be kind enough to give a Google translation.
-
The oldest living German before her death died a few days ago, and her successor couldn't handle the pressure (article in German), it seems.
-
Australia lost their las WWI vet in 2006 No, because we still have John Campbell Ross.
-
He's 82 today.
-
She was also picked on the CPDP, by the theme team "James Bond Stars".
-
For Matayoshi Jesus's page, it mentions: Looks like you forgot to add a "(Year 2)".
-
Yep. This thread needs to be a "no guest posts" type of thread. Badly.

It appears that Bush was actually using "Mandela" metaphorically. But due to Bush's wording reputation, one article says it's a Mandela death gaffe. The article also mentions Mandela as "increasingly frail", which is more related to this thread.

Another televangelist dies this year with the death of Rex Humbard.
-
For the record, this isn't just a Wikipedia hoax - it's been confirmed by the gerontologists on the World's Oldest People forum. No proper obit yet though. And here's a proper obit now.

The oldest living man, Tomoji Tanabe, turns 112, and is still in excellent health.

I see a flaw on Kenojuak Ashevak's page: She is said to be born June 18, 1955, but she's actually actually born on October 3, 1927. (EDIT again: I see you fixed it now) EDIT: For Bin Laden's page, you say he's an obscure Halibut theorist. Do you mean terrorist? Ah, thank you. I knew that I'd do that at least once with all the copying and pasting - I did fix it after reading your message. Are you implying that bin Laden is an obscure Halibut terrorist? He's certainly not obscure as a terrorist. Anyhow, letters D, E and Y are up (well, and Z as well I guess), which is enough until at least Tuesday as far as I'm concerned. Aah, I guess the wording was just a bit weird for me on bin Laden then.

Deathlist Dreaming
Death Impends replied to harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Although I've had at least 7 death-related dreams as a whole, only two I can think of involved DeathList itself. The first was where Charles Lane's death got confirmed to be in 2006(he was dead in real life when the dream happened, by the way) which set a fuss on DL, him being on the 07 list(another person on the 07 list, Levi-Strauss, was confirmed dead as well(no date, though), but there was no discussion for that on DL). The second was where Ariel Sharon died, and the front page on the site got updated to reflect that, and his picture was black and white. -
Ian Porterfield, ex-football player and manager, dead at 61. Poor Canadian Paul, yet ANOTHER person selected on the CPDP dying in the first month.
-
Jane Wyman's death means STAB_in_the_DARK takes the lead, with 93 points.
-
Alex, an African grey parrot known for showing an understanding of various words, dies. The causes are currently unknown, but Monday will have more details.
-
What they said. Adding to that is the fact I've updated the site to reflect that. I noticed a mistake: You forgot to award points to the theme team "Godot's Fatties".
