Read all about it on FB. Congratulations and well done. It's hardly going to be a nobel prize winning feat. On the contrary, when the tent is 7.5m long and 4m wide, but the bag has the capacity of a gnat's lunchbox, getting it in is a effing miracle! There's a filthy joke in there somewhere.

That was quick; they must have had that obit ready.

If Banksy is mates with the Massive Attack bloke, perhaps he goes to their gigs.

Twats who insist on answering forum posts when they can't help. I've asked on a genealogy forum if someone can look up a marriage for me in a parish register or another resource. I said it's not in the GRO index, and may have been left off through a clerical error (there are plenty of examples of this). I said there's no reason why the two parties wouldn't have married (no previous marriages, over 21, respectable backgrounds etc) Some fool replies that he can't find it in the GRO index. And it's his opinion that no marriage took place. It's particularly annoying because I posted this on the appropriate county page, where there are likely to be folk who have access to the PRs. It's specialist. But the forum is infested with these do-gooder types who try and answer everything.

Oh, I thought I read she was a picture editor.

Is Rowena another "only famous for being ill" type?

There really is one. I think this is the lot that occasionally has lunch at our local, much to the discomfort of the landlord. (although they do dress for lunch) Just me, maybe, but a combi of nudity and the section of society most likely to be incontinent isn't selling that pub to me Indeed. Would you want to sit in their seats after they'd gone? I did say they dress for lunch ....

Stop being a dick. We get it; you don't like dick! Unlike most of the members here, I suspect.

Take as long as you need. It will be successful eventually Thought you'd been warned not to be a dick.

This is one of his albums. Just thought I'd post it, no reason.

What if your parents and three of your grandparents died relatively young (40s, 50s and 60s), but your remaining grandparent made it to 100, and her sister, cousin and daughter all lived into their 90s?

My Dad was a teen when it came out and was a massive fan. Then again I cant imagine him ever having a rebellious phase. We were more into piling on the slap in attempts to look old enough to get into the X films

I'm clearly in the minority, but Gene Wilder wasn't part of my life at all. I don't think I've seen any of his films. Not even the Willy Wanka one - I'm too old reckon I had reached the stroppy teenager stage by then, and wouldn't have been seen dead watching a kids' film. I see that he had non-Hodgkins lymphoma as long ago as 1999. That killed my mother in less than six months. So be comforted, fans - he had a pretty good innings.

I think she spells it Anastacia.

I like the scan-as-you-go ones, where I arrive at the checkout with everything already packed at my leisure, and all I have to do is pay.

There's a remake in the works? Is nothing sacred? SC You should be able to quote that, aren't you? Why isn't this thing working? FTFY

That must have been pane-ful. It was a shattering experience.

True, but I think they also record people without tangible memorials, if they're notable in some way. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=7731094
