Not sure what you mean here. I don't know about Brazil, but in England and Wales you have 42 days to register a birth. It certainly doesn't have to be done on the day of birth. Do you mean that the registration has the wrong date of birth?

That's still not paedophilia. It may be illegal, but that's for a different reason - the issue of the legal age of consent, which of course differs from place to place anyway. I wish people would stop conflating the two things. A minor is not the same as a child in this context. A child is someone who has not reached puberty.

Thanks. I think it's very important that we distinguish between an abhorrent perversion and a natural desire. I note that you say 17+, so (providing there was consent) this would not even be illegal in many countries, including the UK.

Did this actually involve pre-pubescent children? I thought it was young girls, teenagers, who might be legally under the age of consent (in some jurisdictions).
