John Noakes to be the traditional "dies too late in the year to get in the end of year 'in memoriam' roundups" celeb.

Rather shag her than Fidel tbh

16 years ago Malcolm Bradbury became history, man, aged 68. -
RIP Colonel Abrams, loved "Mouldy Old Dough".
-
Another one off the 2017 shortlist, teed up on here by Charon iirc.
-
Dario Gradi much more at risk of joining the choir invisible imho, remember in America it was Paterno that died the following year, not Sandusky.
-
Nah, they sell them everywhere now
-
Nah, he's definitely not DL worthy. While undoubtedly a fascinating and inspirational character given what he's had to deal with in his life, he was only ever a journeyman who luckily had his journeyman days during the time ITV had boxing on regularly so he got plenty of TV coverage. If he's remembered today, it's because he had a worse chin than Roger Ebert.

So, Dario Gradi, huh?

Eric Garcetti is worth a cheeky tenner.

Returning to TV as part of a Heathers reboot. Brain tumour for breakfast?
-
Scenes when he steps down after 18 months and hosts a reality show to decide the next president.

Stu "The Kid" Ungar, arguably the most fascinating gambler of the 20th century, died today in 1998, just a year after winning his third World Series of Poker Main Event. He died broke. -
a) Michael Baggott is a silver expert who occasionally appears on a daytime TV show when he appears on that show, people google his name, perhaps to go "wow, why has Frank Lampard grown a beard? He looks like he's lost some weight though" c) we are the #2 results on Google Image Search for Michael Baggott d) people click on that image, thus giving us a traffic boost. People do not stick around and visit the rest of the site afterwards though, as they presumably have little to add to the debate over whether Doyle Brunson is famous enough for the DL e) Roey Juss

Renowned Mountaineers, Feeling Peaky?
Spade_Cooley replied to Tempus Fugit's topic in DeathList Forum
And now for the descent. Be interesting to see if he gets a QO, can never really judge the fame level of mountaineers outside the "big names". -
Will we be seeing the Late Late Byrne next year?
-
Winner, Gill... perhaps ingesting inhuman amounts of semen ejaculated into your soup by chefs in restaurants around the country is a carcinogen?
-
Still, a Coward dies a thousand deaths
-
He was one of the first names on the teamsheet for me when it came to 2017, but he's not gonna make the start line. Former Lancaster City captain Neil Marshall dead at 31.
-
Shelly Duvall not doing too great, plus both the Sheriff of Nottingham and a shapeshifting Robin Williams are after her.
-
Local media claiming Daniel Prodan, defensive lynchpin for Romania in 94 (and later one of Rangers worst ever signings), dead at 44.

Bob Smith, co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous, made the conscious decision to turn himself and his life over to the care of God as he understands Him, today in 1950. -
Yeah, he was going to be a lot of people's over-90s banker for 2017 I think
