Now I'd guess Mary Tyler Moore, Tommy Chong, Doug Ellis, Sandy Gall, Robert Pirsig, Lester Piggott, Gazza, Gordon Banks and Murray Walker are getting dropped, based on previous trends. We can also safely guess that de Haivlland, Graham, Wouk, de Cuellar, Douglas, Sallis, Prince Philip, Clive James, Joost, Bush Sr, Vera Lynn and Jake Lamotta will keep their usual spots. Then we have folk are clearly tottering or ill enough to warrant a return: Leslie Philips, Glen Campbell, Desmond Tutu, Bruce Forsyth and Jacques Chirac, imo. 95 is fine innings, and she outlived her TV granddaughter. So, we've never had an 11/50 year, so that suggests there's one more hit in the year.
