I'm over it now. It takes more a grainy image of a man breaking up in to three bits to really disturb me. I was in 'Nam... I viewed some of the other links from the Formula 1 thread, a whole plethora of carnage!

We spoke the other night. She's going away on a shooting trip this weekend, trying to bag a couple of buffalo. She's a pretty good shot by all accounts, once blasted away a fleeing mink, one handed, with a 12 bore. Once she gets home, a few friends are coming around for an absinthe drinking session, then they're all going to hit the town. Last one standing gets a cigar. Libellously, DDT

Didn't his mother ever tell him to "Stop Look and Listen" before he crossed a road? Everytime I close my eyes I can see his dismembered body flying through the air. -

I've just seen the video of the 1977 F1 crash which killed Tom Pryce and a fire marshall. I won't post the link because it's pretty grim (it's easy enough to find if you're that way inclined) I think it's fairly safe to say that the fire marshall was killed instantly. -
A death of a football club. Crawley Town are "To Be Liquidated". This VERY nearly happened to Exeter City 3 years ago.

I'm sure he'll get one in The Guardian. I am starting to suspect that their obits editor reads this site.

Like how the last name 'St John' is pronounced to rhyme with 'engine' instead of 'moron'? Or why the ancient and distinguished surname "Featherstonehaugh" is pronounced "Fenshaw" -
90%. That is practically the whole F*****g country. Only if Dr. Adkins was alive, he should have told them that he was the Jesus of weight loss. Slim Fast should be put on the shelves. But i'm sure many Tongans don't consider themselves overweight. There standards are probably much different then ours. What we consider 20 pounds over weight just might be about average? I thought the people of Houston, Texas in that film about the man who ate nothing but junk food for a month (William someone, damned if I can remember what it was called) looked larger than the inhabitants of Tonga.

Cooking in the Danger Zone on BBC4 Tuesday at 8.30pm, gives an insight in to the large size of many Tongans. I would think King Taufa'ahau Tupou will be featured.

One of them reckons he's in the early stages already. Lymph cancer - nasty.

Look back a page. It's already been posted Hmm... maybe doing the mini I & P thread was a waste of time as it was to stop double suggestions. Whoops !! Guilty as charged. Hoisted by my own petard.

The Incredible and Sad Tale of Innocent Eréndira and her Heartless Grandmother - Gabriel Garcia A girl is forced to prostitute herself to pay back a debt to her heartless grandmother after accidently burning her house down. Laugh a minute stuff. -
No, it's dead. da Matta's brain injury comes from the carcass of the deer striking him at over 100mph. The deer was moving at 100mph??? Christ ! What had they been feeding it ? da Matta was bloody unlucky to hit something moving at that speed. I thought even a Gazelle struggled to do more than 40mph.
-
Is the deer OK?

What did happen in the last episode of the Prisoner? I saw it the first time around and it was years and years ago and can't remember how it ended. Did he get away? Joan "The Freak" Ferguson got banged up and one of the prisoners, whose name I forget and was dying of cancer, got to serve her a meal in solitary confinement. Poetic justice and all that. Can't remember much about it, I was always pissed when watching Cell Block H Thanks for that DDT. Just once, just once I ask an innocent straightforward question out of genuine curiosity. What can I expect at this time of night? Sorry Godot - I just couldn't resist!
