Saddam Hussain's former spokesman Mohammad Saeed al Sahhaf, better known in the UK as Comical Ali, is terminally ill according to his Wiki page. This video - dated November 2014 - shows him hospitalised in the United Arab Emirates. However the conversation is in Arabic and has Swedish subtitles... I'd be surprised if he'd died and not get a mention anywhere, but he does look very unwell in that footage.

I'm believe more than one person is required for unanimity to be achieved. Unless you're Mrs Slocombe of course.

Not true. I didn't have any famous for being ill types in my 2008 team. I did in 2011 and 2012, but even if they hadn't died, I would still have won.

Computer scientist Valery Spinidonov, aged 30, has volunteered to be the subject of the world's first head transplant operation. I'll leave it for others to judge his chances of success. His life-limiting diagnosis of spinal muscular atrophy is the reason he has chosen risk such pioneering surgery. -
Dead.

There has been so little information released about the health of Samsung chief Lee Kun-Hee, who has been in hospital for nearly a year, that the Korean press are speculating he may have died some time ago.

Barring accidents, I can't see any of these dying in the next ten years, with the possible exception of Sarah Kennedy (she doesn't have a drink problem y'know). They all seem fit and healthy and working (so put 'em all down for 2016). I'm afraid my abiding memories of Sarah Kennedy are a result of the toe-curlingly embarrassing series of sex education documentaries she presented when I was at school. I can still remember her telling us to "make sure your first time is special". Problem is, my first time was not in the least enhanced by visions of Sarah Kennedy telling me exactly how I should tackle the task.

I'm going to see Motorhead (and the Stranglers) at the Eden Project in Cornwall in June. It will be odd hearing speed metal in a tropical biome, but I look forward to studying the form. I wonder if Lemmy will take the heat and humidity in to account before deciding how big his dose of amphetamines should be.

He has his own thread, so there's no need to mention him here. I still think it's a pity that this thread isn't inclusive. It should be a useful reference tool, but as things stand, it isn't. It's a discussion thread; not meant to be a reference tool Says who? YOU? Your sentence is completely the opposite of the truth. SC Whatever your mind is telling you, this really is a discussion thread, meaning that people can come along and post about someone who has died, while others are free to engage in discussion about the deceased person, abuse "guest", occasionally wander off topic, etc. However, SHOUTING isn't encouraged. You appear to have various firmly held beliefs on how this site should be run. Just wondering, but have you ever considered setting up a forum, or even a reference tool, of your own? It would be a glorious opportunity for you to impose your strange ideas about posting etiquette on others and have things exactly as you'd like them. I only ask because, based on the available evidence, I don't think anyone here is complying with your various demands?

Chris Woodhead. Metastatic cancer, motor neurone disease and suicidal ideation make him a pretty good bet I would have thought.

DDT's Exeter City gave MPFC's Carlisle United a lesson in total football yesterday. Exeter's management were so pleased with the dedication of the fans travelled the length of the country to behold the spectacle, that they each received a letter of thanks.

^ Interesting URL James Vance died three years after the first suicide attempt from a probable drug overdose. He left behind a one year old daughter, so someone was able to see past his disfigurement, although I'm trying not to picture the scene.

Is this an exam or test question or is it a 'real-life' problem that you're trying to solve? Either way, I don't know how anyone can access a powerpoint show without any Powerpoint software, be it .pot, .ppt or .pps. Also, afaik, you can't save a Powerpoint presentations as a .bmp. file (in the version I've used anyway). There is a free Powerpoint viewer (available from MS) that enables viewing (but not editing) a presentation, seems to like .ppt files. Don't know if this helps, but that's the extent of my Powerpoint knowledge. You could try Dave Gorman! Cheers. Apparently the answer was 'D' - it was for some strange online quiz set by my work. We all need to demonstrate our digital competency, for reasons I haven't yet fathomed. Before undertaking the quiz I was supposed to read some gazillion page e-learning thingy, but I started to glaze over after the introduction. Anyway, I managed to scrape a pass in the end. (Thanks to Mrs DDT who basically did it all for me)

I know nothing about Powerpoint and I really should. Does anyone know the answer to this?
