    Thatcher's First Ministry

Though he wasn't part of the original cabinet, Rhodes Boyson (b. 1925) is worth keeping an eye on. Resides in a nursing home now

    Robert Mugabe

Not exactly a great advert for his country's healthcare service

    Thatcher's First Ministry

Tony Benn looks pretty frail these days sadly. Kinnock appears to be in pretty decent health and is only 70. Gerald Kaufmann is still an MP to this day. Well he is 87

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2013

There's some drama being trailered on the BBC at the moment featuring Palmer, Bert & Dickie I think it's called. Ageing he may be but he doesn't appear to be frail

    Widow(er) Shopping

I just did, and indeed: no. There were two Wilsons on the list: Brian Wilson (1989) Harold Wilson (1987, 1994) regards, Hein Cheers for that. Would indeed be a worthy addition, could even be first-time (un)lucky. Though she seems to have been largely out of the public eye since her husband left office, her passing would generate a reasonable amount of press coverage. She is also the oldest living ex-British PM's spouse. Incidentally, I was surprised actually to learn that Anthony Eden's widow, Clarissa, Countess of Avon (b. 1920) is also still alive

    Widow(er) Shopping

I would concur, assuming she's never made the official list? I could check but I honestly can't be arsed

Six and half a dozen I think

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2013

Nothing seems to have been heard of Saeed Jaffrey for a while (b. 1929), his love of the bottle is well-known...

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2013

Though perhaps not in the George Best/Oliver Reed sense

Do you actually believe the bollocks you write or is just a desperate clamour for attention?

    Bunkum Or Bunker?

Lol my thinking exactly yet end of the worlders are stockpiling supplies and it seems that fallout shelters are selling like hot-cakes. Time for all good capitalists to start flogging the gullible "shelters" and parting the fools from their cash. Although admittedly it does seem to be mostly Americans in the documentaries about the end of world survivalists. I often wonder if the principles of modern capitalism include the mantra 'One born every minute'

    Fidel Castro

If that were the case he'd still be in office

    Bunkum Or Bunker?

If it were true, what difference would heading for the bunkers make?

Not gonna be the same without Eric & Ernie : (

Only 2 weeks older than Zsa Zsa Gabor, who as we know has been in poor health for years...

    Survivors

It wouldn't surprise me Mickey Rooney outlived Zsa Zsa Gabor, Wojiech Jaruzelski, and Ronnie Biggs, allowing him to be the last survivor of both lists. Then when he died both lists would be cleared at the same time. Well he appears to be in better health than any of them

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2013

Sounds like a good 'no shame' pick, but I don't know if he'd quite pass the notability test. He has his own Wikipedia page, given that Mel Gibson's troubled personal life has come to overshadow his career in recent years think its safe to say that Gibson Sr.'s passing would generate a fair amount of media coverage, not least cause hacks would probably be waiting with baited breath for the poor grieving son's reaction... Plus he has acquired notoriety without his son's help Yeah, now that I did a little more research, I don't have much doubt in my mind that he'd get a British obit. Yup, even without the benefit of fame by proxy, his crackpot theories are worthy of Lyndon Larouche

    Ernest Borgnine

She could still be a 2011 hit... If we were still in 2011 then perhaps. Trust him to peg it after being taken off the list! Bless him

    Zsa Zsa Gabor

i don't know who is worse zsa zsa or sharon. To the best of my knowledge Zsa Zsa never orchestrated the massacre of any Palestinians None that we know of. But I'm sure she would like to orchestrate the massacre of her ex -husbands though She has a divorce attorney for that

    The 8th Death Of 2012

Dont want to speak too soon but given that we've already equalled last years total in slightly over 6 months, I'm pretty confident about DL reaching double figures for the first time this decade : )
