    David Cameron

I've never understood why people advocate punishing the party running the Westminster government by voting against that party in the local government elections. If my local council is doing what I consider to be a great job, why would I vote them out because their colleagues at Westminster are arseholes? Surely the time to kick the Westminster government up the arse is at the next general election. He was talking about not voting to get out of the EU so he wouldn't lose his talentless, cushy, sweet-arse, golden cherry plum instant-diabetes-causing fucking silk-panties-wearing Rococo cupcake of a job. That settles it. I'm voting out of the EU. The European Onion is shit anyway. Up yours Cameron, you faggoty-Tory, talentless, lilywhite-arse, golden cherry plum instant-diabetes-causing fucking silk-panties-wearing Rococo cupcake, playing pocket billiards during prime-ministers-question-time, pig-fucking nonce. David Cameron got forced into a corner on the EU vote. It was only included in the manifesto to keep the Tory heartlands out of the grip of UKIP he wasn't expecting to win and have to deliver his renegotiation. However his incompetence is not what is on the ballot on 23rd June it is all of our futures. On 5th May we have council votes, PCC elections and the London Mayoral race all of these are party political issues which it is fair to stick two fingers up to Cameron. On 23rd June everyone needs to have clear heads and hearts.

You haven't missed much. But if you want to see an episode, they have them on YouTube Wash your mouth out Phantom. Blakes 7 was fantastic. OK the sets and effects were shaky but they concentrated on unfashionable things like character, plot and casting damn good actors. Gareth also provided the voice for the Wisdom Tree on the BBC kids TV series Raven.

    The EU Referendum Hokey Cokey

Are you saddened that this infighting will ruin the chances of defeating the evil EUSSR, the single most passionate political issue of your lifetime?i think that England should stay in the EU. What about the rest of the UK?

There was a time on Just A Minute When Gyles Brandreth had the subject and was in full flow so Nicholas Parsons didn't ring the bell at the end of the minute and just let him go on to see how far he could go. I used to think he was a self opinionated idiot but I began to hear him on the radio more and I think he is actually someone who knows what he is talking about. However whilst I am at it I will throw in Chris Evans. He is clearly a very talented polymath within his own field. He's still irritating as hell. I think he knows and he milks it. ^^ \o/ hiya Murray , hiya pal. Agree re Mandela, although not so much 'glorified' as 'won', JFK & gorby. Is this alive or dead? Well Marks as he just carked it in any case. A junkie who wrote a book, boo fuckin hoo. The world's a better place with him planted , lol. Christopher Columbus. Wasn't first there no matter which way you look at it. Jesus of Nazareth, cunt. Steven Spielberg , got lucky in the 70's, lived off it since whilst making some amount of shite. JK Rowling, Potter isn't close to the top 10 of the genre. Elvis. Fat junkie who couldn't pronounciate. Winston Churchill , got lucky. Very very lucky. Jim Carey, talentless fucker. Agree with the John Bishop call by deathers was it??, but I raise you Susan Calman (no idea if surname is spelt correctly, by I ain't googling the cow), gets R4 airtime continually, and I can only think it's because she's a muncher. How long have I got ??? I would give you two likes for J K Rowling and Jim Carey but take one away for Susan Calman. I like her she is funny.

When I checked that I hadn't got him I had hoped more people would have been of the opinion we were in for the long haul. So I have managed to climb one place up the leader board. Still there is a long way to go.

The point being is the bulldozing is going to be through houses with large gardens and some very nice golf courses rather than places where the poor people live and so the NIMBYs who have time, money and organisation on their side are getting very vocal. Have a look at the proposed route (particularly the London to Birmingham stretch and then overlay the voting results of the 2010/2015 elections - you might then begin to understand the problem.

Toby often seems to be first with these things. Do you think he secretly lurks here? Not really imo. He's so well connected to the Who crowd by virtue of his interviews and press connections I think, he's likely to be notified fairly swiftly (although I think we reported Reg Whitehead's death before him - he was probably off on his travels/gigging). Iirc Latep was one in a long line of characters who tried to get into Jo Grant's knickers.

    Doris Day

Does Doris know how old is she?She says she's 92 but official records say she's 94. Or as she puts it: "Age is just a number". SC https://www.yahoo.com/beauty/doris-day-speaks-her-92nd-133557540.html Just seen these photos on facebook. She doesn't look 92 let alone 94. Good call for the committee to keep her off this year.

    The dead of 2016

Aye, somewhat surprised to find a mention of this stuffed into the Today headlines on Radio Four today; not like it's a slow news day with tax evasion and the survival of the steel industry on the agenda. They fell into that trap......

Yesterday I went to the funeral of my Dad's partner. She had been in a home for four years suffering with dementia. It was a bit strange only about 12 people went but still dignified.

    Bruce Forsyth

That's the $64,000 question. Its now April and, in theory, he SHOULD be well enough to attend. If he doesn't......... That funeral will be a form spotters paradise; Ronnie being so well connected in showbiz. Who else is likely to go; Bernard Cribbins, John Cleese, Barry Cryer, Paul Daniels (oops!) I imagine Jimmy Tarbuck would be there as they both played golf.

    Deathlist On The Net

Good because most of them are cunts. Oh, I don't know, most of them seem to be taking an interest. There's only a couple being po-faced about it. The Corrie Fan vehemently defending us is me, the rest seem a bit luke-warm about it. (the site that is) There's a fair few naturals in though, that woman who got Denise Robertson deserves a gold medal. For all the sniffiness they seemed to take to the debate quite naturally. Need to come up with some better names though.
