Surely you would put Saville on the front.

I do not think this is a self pick as TMIB would not be so unprofessional to leave himself a team with only 18 selections

Since I published this list Paisley has died and now Frederick Catherwood has gone. And another one Beata Brookes has died

how future? He may not make the main list next year but a few players might feel he is worth a punt on a DDP team He had a triple heart bypass a little over 10 years ago. In that picture he looks all 80 of his 72 years.

She looked reasonably lively and with it back in June

Whilst just checking up on Cilla Black on the main DDP page I notice that Spongebob Old Stars has had the audacity to select The Man In Black as their joker. I am shocked at this. I'm sure he won't qualify for the required obituary.

Looking at the pictures from Cilla's funeral Gerry Marsden is good for future consideration.

OK it is probably my fault for resurrecting this thread whilst looking for somewhere to post the lame Jimmy Young comment. I forgot about the Deadio Times thread but I am not apologising. Here is a good as anywhere. It also allowed the issue of Brian Matthew to resurface and be discussed.

Will it clash with Cilla's funeral?

I didn't even realise that there had been a US version of Steptoe and Son. I had to look this up on Wiki to understand what SC was on about. Good work.

We already have one SNP MP claims her e-mail has been hacked and that is why it is on the list.

Jimmy Young - Can we do him under the trade description act?

Cilla's Funeral route has been published. Any Deathlisters in the region with a long lens and nothing to do on Thursday could do a bit of 2016 Research. Does Paul O Grady look frail? How fat is Christopher Biggins? Did Cliff bother to turn up?

There are over 30 names on the 2015 list that were over 90 at the beginning of the year but we cannot just say that because someone is over 90 they should get a free pass to the next year. I have listed below 25 people who are over 90 who have never been on the Deathlist and if you scoured the list of survivors I am sure that there are another 15 or so names that are equally valid. Mary Wilson Yashuiro Nakasone Alan Young Sheila Mercier Clarissa Eden George Schultz Carol Channing Gordon Murray Jimmy Young John Glenn Jackie Stallone Kay Starr Bob Barker Glynnis Johns Nicholas Fisk Franco Zeffarelli Murray Walker Jimmy Perry Kenneth Kaunda Eve Marie Saint Tony Britton Jimmy Carter Richard Baker Brian Aldiss Pete Murray I am not suggesting these are better names just there are plenty of people to pick from on age alone.

I think we should start seriously looking a Jean Marie Le Pen

Now be a good reptile next time and attach said video. :-)I'm off to find it and see who this stiff is. SC (Edit: he went from a dancer to portraying a transsexual? A stunning transformation!) Your wish is my command: Wow we must have entered a slow death period if we are having discussions about backing dancers on 25 year old pop videos

Remember Corbyn is a teetotal vegetarian who has enjoyed pottering around his allotment and likes trains and he cycles everywhere (although in London that could also be a death sentence). I do not think he will go the way of John Smith but I also do not think he will lead the party into the 2020 GE. I still think that the fallout from the Europe vote could cause a snap election and if Jeremy became Prime Minister by default then all bets are off.

There are a few around these parts who have seen a picture of me in my more 'youthful' years. I looked fuggin girly enough to have carried it off. Now, as is probably obvious, Id look like Ross Kemp in a Tutu. Deeply wrong and unpleasant! LFN please be careful about your use of language I now have the imagined image of Ross Kemp in a tutu burning into my inner brain. What a horrible thing to do.

On that basis, Warren Mitchell would fit the bill, he's British and has looked ancient since the sixties. Yet somehow he doesn't seem worthy. It's a difficult one as I think DL benefited in a strange sort of way from worshipping at the totem-pole of the omnipresent deity that was Clive Dunn, but, as you say, he is just irreplaceable. I think a lot of Dunn's legendary status is down to the perception of time. Those of us who grew up in the seventies and eighties would have sat through episodes and episoses of Dad's Army understanding that the programme had been running forever (before one was born) and because it represented the war (which in 1975 was closer then than the Falklands war is now) pushed it further back in time in our minds. We would also recognise Dunn from kids TV and again assume the distance between the two was longer and then 20 years later when we start deadpooling and the guy is still alive it is a miracle. I agree Mitchell is a possibility but I think the closest is probably Peter Sallis who spent 40 years playing a retired man in LOTSW. As well as delighting everyone as the voice of Wallace.

If the consensus is that we keep the younger of the two former German chancellors but lose the republican presidential candidate is this a code message to include Arthur Scargill in next year's list? Kohl not Dole.

Who the hell is Brian Seville?

In a piece of surprise news Boy George has been confirmed as the replacement for Will.I.Am on The Voice. This should allow a robust review of his health and potential speculation about whether he will outlive Tom Jones. (I am pretty certain today is not 1st April)

I have never seen an episode of On The Buses but understand that this rather than his LOTSW role will define him. -
I am going for December 16th 2015.
