Paolo Nutini says he smokes dope everyday - Will this increase his chances of DDP picks next year?

Carlisle had a black away kit last year, and all the stock of replica shirts sold out within the season. A rarity for the away strip. I surmise that you had no shirt sponsor and these were all bought by amateur refs. Nope, sponsored by Stobart - who've just ended 18 years as CUFC's main sponsor to be replaced by Virgin Trains - and mainly bought by die-hard fans. Much in evidence in the seats this season. I think the black shirt doubles for casual wear more effectively than, say, the hideous deckchair numbers we're sported with stripes of Stobard colours and the vivid yellow of a couple of seasons back which had a disturbing tendency to attract insects if you stood still for two long. I think the Stobart connection in itself is a form of attraction and has a coolness to people who like that sort of thing. I did feel for Portsmouth (and their fans) a few years back when their sponsor was TY. -

I surmise that you had no shirt sponsor and these were all bought by amateur refs. You mean that there are some people who do this professionally. I always assumed they needed large amounts of vociferous advice from the spectators. -
Now that Eli has gone to The Magnificant Heaven Kirk is the competitor with most appearances on the list. If he makes it to next year he will draw level with Ronnie Biggs.

Who Will Be The 5th Hit Of 2014?

Going with the theme of elderly Americans - Vigoda. -
I would add to that list Stan Lee, Lauren Bacall, Shaw Taylor and Dick van Dyke.
-
All the deaths so far have been American. Another example of the failure of our players to step up to the plate. Roy Hodgson should take tips from Deathlisters. No-one is going to score if they fill their team with youngsters.

I see that the record attendance at Claggan Park was 1500 but I cannot find data for the average attendance. If you held a DL Con at a home game would it double the spectators? You could even hire hospitality* * A very large umbrella. I do think that the black away kit would look good with Deathlist sponsership on it. -

Spanish author Ana Maria Matute dies aged 88 No.....me neither. -
I like this competition it is the only one I am doing quite well in.

How the death was won?

Yeah I know. Did she live that long whilst running an international business empire and enduring a stressful long-running criminal investigation of it...? No but she did survive despite having Rupert for a son.

How the fuck is Brooks innocent? If she was so incompetent as to be unaware of what was going on she wasn't fit to be editor, if she was fit to be editor she had to know. Rant over! The verdict is down to the dearth of compelling evidence, right? Does anyone reading this forum genuinely think her innocent? Maybe noone in the jury fancied being turned into a newt. My opinion all along was that she was in it up to her neck. But there again I'm not text buddies with David Cameron.

Brooks cleared but Coulson goes down. Where does this leave Murdoch?

Very sad to hear this. Nursey delivered one of my favorite lines in Blackadder from the episode Beer. "You're having so many good ideas you should be careful your foot doesn't fall off" "Is that what happens then when you have lots of good ideas?" "Oh yes. My brother had the good idea of cutting his toenails with a scythe......... and his foot fell off"

Look again. He was one of the pallbearers. Yeah I saw that in a paper over the weekend. I would have thought that the BBC might have mentioned that in thier coverage cos now they made me look like a callous bastard who is looking for dissent where there is clearly just a lot of love and loss.

An Australian Right Wing Nut-Job I might need some help narrowing this down.

Neither of those places are my home.... I live somewhere in the north east of england. I am so sorry. What's there to be sorry about? Whoops when you said you lived in the North East of England I thought you wanted sympathy.

I was surprised none of the more hysterical tabloids didn't focus on Italy's inability to beat Costa Rica they could have easily run a headline of Flop of the Wops Does this explain why I don't work in journalism?

None of the resignations from the current coalition have been directly related to extra-marital relationships. In fact the last person to lose his job because of this was David Blunkett. I think generally people are more tolerant of the existence of affairs but when the people involve either take advantage of their position or lie to cover up the affair then public anger is raised and resignations tend to follow. John Major’s government did suffer a bit of a witch hunt on this subject but they became hostages to fortune by promoting the Back to Basics campaign for moral renewal. As for Bill Clinton everyone knew what he was when he was re-elected in 1996 but voters looked past his personal life to see his politics and the subsequent impeachment was politically motivated. If Hilary had not backed him then history may well have been different but she was very Tammy Wynette about it, but was she just playing the long game? You say there is no-one on the Labour front bench team you would trust because they voted for Red Ed but it was the Union block vote that got him across the line and I think he has shown that he is not just a union man. However any protests of support from his colleagues is the requirement of a collective responsibility of the front bench no-one wants to commit political suicide by directly going up against the leader, however if the beast was wounded the hyenas would circle, but politicians of all colours behave like this. But it is this point that I want to focus on is that clearly from your response as someone who is naturally on the right of UK politics you cannot see a leader who reaches out to you across the centre ground. I am in the same boat but from a different perspective, I do not see the One Nation Conservative leader who would allow me to consider them as an alternative to the options on the left that I would usually go for. Where have all the Ken Clarkes gone?

I have one more list covering 75-85 but no-one seems to care. Even though I have trawled all the way through the alphabetical lists to annotate my long list with all those who are not included in the DDP. I sense your rejection and will return to the nerdlands from whence I came.
