I personally prefer outdoor exercising to indoor, so I would recommend exploring your environmental options. Do you live near a park or forest? Or do you live in a city area with limited space for pedestrians? If you do too much at once, your whole system will interpret it as something unwanted and you might relapse quicker. To tie in this with deathpooling, you could pretend that each excessant pound/kilo is an entry in a deathpool. I think that he, overall, doesn't look that bad. Fairly stable, I would say. I will concede that he is probably less mobile than, say, in the 2011 Oscars. But there are mostly positive signs: 1.
