The chance is 1 in 1461 of being born on the 29th feb, this would mean a total of 4,791,239 people with that birthday. if you take these people they then have a chance of dying on the same date of the same 1 in 1461. Meaning statistically you could expect the somewhat surprisingly large number of 3,279 of them to be born and also die on Feb 29th. The chance of any of these people being famous enough to be included hereabouts, is probably about 0 especially after the hit above Of course historically there were nothing like 7 billion people worldwide, so you'd have to adjust for that. So far as I am aware Cancer Stages are a only a guideline as to how far the cancer has spread and not a 'life expectancy' diagnosis. Stage 4 refers to metastasised or 'spread to another organ'. Amongst many other possiblities of variation between individuals there appears to be no difference in this somewhat simplistic numbering system between one other organ and many other organs. If such is correct, there could well be wide variations in the prognosis of different people although they all may have "stage 4". Thus comparing Diski's life expectancy directly with that of anyone else with 'stage 4' isn't meaningful.

I have a sneaking suspicion that both are true, jobs aren't being created in huge quantities and thus there are more people available to work for lower wages, this of course may well "boost the economy" for those who hold all the shares already, and will thus do nothing for the public in general and will only serve to deepen the (already widening) gap between the 1% and the rest. However I'm absolutely no economist and have yet to see any reliable figures on this, just a lot of prosletyzing from both sides. Thus if anyone has any hard data or a link to it, I'd be immensely grateful.
