Here is the latest on the autopsy So there will be further tests

I'm not sure I'd go so far as describing myself as being shocked by Richardson's death. I am a bit surprised as from all reports I've read indicated that he seemed in perfect health. It's a bit like when Gene Pitney suddenly dropped dead last year. It came totally out of the blue.

How about Fred Titmus, I couldn't find a great deal of information on him apart from that he'll be 75 this November. But according to his Wikipedia entry he is supposedly in poor health

Sorry, that was me. Forgot to log in. Here is the link: BBC News link Hmmm..sad. A brilliant actor. I remember BBC4 showed a programme made in 1980 called Private Shultz and Richardson had 4 parts in it I think... He'll always be Francis Urquhart for a lot of people though... BBC4 showed Private Schultz??? I haven't seen that show in years. If I remember rightly, it was Mark Wingett's first main role on television. I've been trying to describe that show to people for years and getting blank looks and I often wondered if my dad and I were the only ones to ever watch it. That is sad news about Richardson, he was a fantastic actor. I remember watching him in House of Cards, such an intense performance he gave.

I guess we'll have to wait for the autopsy results to find out for sure, I'm guessing an overdose of anti-depressants

I voted for "don't care" but that could also be "don't know" as I've no knowledge of any emotional disposition on Oliveres' part, have no idea of their current living arrangements or their age.

With the other ghostriders in the sky? I thought that was a song by The Trashmen They may have had a version, but according to his obit on the BBC website "His first record was That's My Desire in 1946. Other hits soon followed, including, Jezebel, Cool, Clear Water and Ghost Riders in the Sky." I didn't realise, I'm intrigued to hear his version of that song. I think I might see if I can find it online when I get home

I thought the Nobel Prize winners were listed in the possiblities thread from last year.

Bit of a downer to die after a hip replacement surgery. I wonder if Mick Jagger would go the same way, wouldn't be very rock 'n' roll for him if he did.
-
ever heard of the "search" option? Besides, when CP made his post, the Frankie Laine thread would have been to the top of the topic list Laine might have been on one of the deathlist selections, but I can't be arsed to have a look
-
Yes, CP mentioned it 15 minutes before your post in the Frankie Laine thread

Elizabeth Tashjian, expert on nuts has died at the age of 94

depends if he dives in front of a bus, rescuing you in the process? well he won't be releasing any new albums that's for one. and on another note, I'll get a bonus point on my dead pool selection.
-
You've changed your tune a bit. I thought you said he was dead already?
-
Another loss for Motown is Billy Henderson of The Spinners has died at the age of 67
-
I think youll find he was 82 actually I'm just going by the age reported in the papers.
-
character actor Lee Bergere has died at the age of 88
-
Just saw that, and was about to post the link. He made his debut in 1934, I think it's amazing. Bollocks!!! I have Billy Werber listed in one of my teams, hopefully the news will hit him quite badly.
-
He's made it through 2005 and 2006, who knows if this could be his last year.
-
It figures. But something will make up for it. Perhaps he will be hit by a truck as he leaves hospital. I'm surprised Johnson actually made it on the list, we would have had a much better chance by putting Art Buchwald on there

I think the only one there was, was the one in Yorkshire Today

If I had HIV I'd let them use me as a guinea pig, I wouldn't have much to lose, so far the brightest minds of the medical world haven't come up with a cure yet.
