maybe whomever posted the date of death on Wikipedia has gone back to finish the job
-
I thought the guy that admitted to posting false information on Wikipedia had resigned his position. Nothing on CNN or BBC at the moment.
-
hmmm although with all the steroids he's taken over the years. A heart attack wouldn't surprise me as the cause of death. (if it's confirmed)

didn't Floyd suffer a stroke a couple of years ago after his show was axed by the BBC?
-

Tommy Ramone is currently working on a solo album But then again Joey was working on a solo album shortly before he departed. Johnny was the only member of the original line-up who retired after the Ramones disbanded. CJ who took over from Dee Dee could be a possible contender, since he managed to release one album by his band Los Gusanos and then broke his leg and was unable to tour to promote the album. So the band split up. I believe his working on another project, but unless he can live successfully off the royalties from the Ramones albums that he was on, chances are he'd probably top himself

Maybe there could be something happening with Mr Inman as browsing to his site, the following message is visible "John's Site has been temporarily taken offline. Thanks for your interest, please call back in a few days"

What's the difference between apathy and ignorance? I don't know and I don't care
-
how about Venetia Phair or would she be too obscure for a choice?
-
HMMM but what was the decision?

hmmm yes, land of the free.. a country where The Wizard of Oz and Harry Potter is banned in some places. You can show a movie during the day where people are being ripped to pieces, thrown on a fire in a blood lust craze. but you can't say "S**t" on the tv. Apparantly it's illegal to bring any produce from Cuba into mainland USA, yet they seemed to overlook Jesse Ventura bringing a couple of boxes of Cuban cigars back with him after visiting Castro It always makes me laugh when I see a bumper sticker stating "Proud to be American" stuck on the back of a Honda

Ronnie, you're right she'll be 97. sorry case of fat fingers today well she tried her best. Then again, people are only as famous if you follow that field. I mentioned to someone here at work about Ariel Sharon and was astonished when they replied "who's that then?"

Anubis, I remember when they would do that too, I've not noticed it in recent years, although I think it depends on the announcer on BBC. Then again I've been out of the UK for almost 2 years now and any UK shows I have to catch during their "Best of British Comedy" slot on PBS between 10-11pm Come to think of it... is Ray Cooney still alive? the creator of the British farce play. with great titles like "No sex please, we're British" and "Run for your wife"
