Sad to see him go.i would have banked on him living a few years younger.Hence why he wasn`t on any of my lists this year.

Do you think she is obitable in the UK?

I agree. He is old enough to be worth a shot towards the bottom of the list.He is just about famous enough to justify. This is him 3 years ago. Can`t find any info on him since:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=el3Tnf-w2Cg

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3098148/Kenneth-Clarke-William-Hague-Nick-Clegg-politicians-attend-memorial-service-Leon-Brittan.html :Just found this article about Leon Brittan`s memorial service from a few days back.Has a gallery of attendees.Nigel Lawson and Douglas Hurd appear to be in not so great shape then again they are the eldest two there. Interesting to also note the omissions from the service such as Geoffrey Howe and also David Waddington Jim Prior and Patrick Jenkin. All three have recently resigned through the house of lords (which only became possible in a recent bill) so perhaps worth keeping an eye on them as many Peers as mentioned above do not tend to retire from the chambers but rather fall asleep in the chamber well into their 90`s.

She looks very thin though and has done for about 3 years so I doubt she will live that long but you never know!

I had a spooky moment yesterday as a friend of mine mentioned his name in passing at a garden party and when I checked my phone 5 minutes later to find he had died.

I first came across the site in April 2010 when I googled about Ronnie Biggs`s health. I was hooked and lurked for a long time until I joined as a member nearly two years ago. This site has also lead me into the world of dead pooling that I now I have so many teams by various forums that I can`t remember exactly how many there are out there on various sites. I also introduced my Aunt to the site as she is always asking me whether certain famous people are still alive or not and also hates Margaret Thatcher so found reading through that thread amusing! She doesn`t have a computer though so I still do her research for her but she is still a good brain to pick for potential dead pool picks as she is old enough to remember the obscure yet obitable names that I would never otherwise find!

Indeed! Hard to eat with a throat full of cancer! BTW val looks so much older than 55 in that new pic and certain one to keep an eye on in the next few years. I doubt he has years left in him.He looks so frail and thin and the scarves show he clearly has issues with his throat.I reckon that he is lying and does have throat cancer.

The BBC have published the story. They would not publish it if they where not sure.Sweepstake time I think.I will guess 9th June 2015 at 6:15 am local time from diverticulitis.

This is one of the few actionable posts on this thread. Mixing up simple facts is later stage Alzheimer's so no more than two years remain, and we've still half of 2015. 2016 you'd have some splainin to do to not put him in your DL. Committee are you listening? SC Not necessarily. He would appear only to be in the mid stages of the disease.Yes he is clearly suffering substantial memory loss in both the long and short term memory but he could go on longer than two years albeit in in an awful immobile or bedridden state. He is certainly one to keep an eye on.
-
Yes, definitely the first unnatural causes death in DL history A beautiful mind, but not quite calculating enough to work out the probability of dying in a car crash when going without a seatbelt... There is an undeniable irony about that.I suppose it backs up the view that academics are not equally gifted in common sense.
-
Wow that is probably the most dramatic DL hit ever.
