Lady Die 63 Posted August 31, 2005 Will he be buried in his wig? I see he was 65 - he looked older than that 20 years ago! Like a sort of Anti-Clive Dunn then? How's Mrs McCluskey's health at the mo? I can imagine future archaeologists finding his grave - containing a skeleton wearing a polyester toupe. Surreal.

Anubis the Jackal 77 Posted September 2, 2005 Blues veteran R.L. Burnside, died today aged 78. Didn't wake up this morning...Shame. Well worth checking out his albums. Really low-down and nasty stuff. I saw him live a couple of times, and he was a cantankerous old sod though highly entertaining.

Cowboy Ronnie 78 Posted September 5, 2005 OK, this is a cheat as I posted previously saying I'd never heard of him, but then saw on his bio he was one of the Imperial generals in The Empire Strikes Back. Let me guess, Darth Vader used the Force to choke him to death. That would be a good category for most deadly professions - Imperial general. Not one of them made it out alive, I believe.
