Guest IYG Posted May 4, 2005 This is a US History since 1877 class. 1877? Remind me, is that before or after the creation? I have no idea what is important about 1877, I might have known but my American History class till 1877 last semester only reached 1850 or so.

Guest Guest Posted May 13, 2005 Maybe an older U.S. official like Dick Cheney or Donald Rumsfeld.
BrunoBrimley 86 Posted May 13, 2005 First off to the best of my knowledge Mr. Beadle is not now nor was he ever a U.S. official, so to say 'maybe an older U.S. official' sounds wringingly wrong to say the least. Add to this, that Donny Rummyfied is a mere 72+ (born in 1932) and Dickie is even younger having been hatched in 1941. Add further to this the fact that Rummy is too mean spirited to kick off and that Cheney as been dead since 1980, all we see is a hologram.

Bald rick 9 Posted May 20, 2005 Has every Man United fan's favourite old American gentleman been proposed? Mr Glazer - he looks rather shaky, and there's always the possibility that if he ever turns up at the ground he will be lynched by an angry mob, waving their prawn sandwiches and (shock horror) last year's team shirts. (I tried the search facility, but like some others recently, it didn't seem to work properly. If he is listed, my apologies.) I did chuckle a week ago, when an upset season ticket holder announced he would be destroying his ticket. This after the last home game of the season. Empty gesture anyone? Banshees Scream 110 Posted May 26, 2005 I wish Lady Bird would peg it just so we don't have to keep reading about her in the forum. Its mainly the visitors that keep bringing her discussion up. There should be seperate rooms created for visitors and foreigners "ones who dont speak english" And none members. The only problum is chances are they probobly wont use them. lospalmas7 12 Posted May 27, 2005 It's not 'visitors' it is the many DLO alter egos. But I think you already knew that Banshees Scream as I'm fairly sure you are one of them. I do hope I don't come across as completely obsessed.

Guest Sebastian Posted June 3, 2005 Johan Marius Nicolaas Heesters (Johannes Heesters), born 5th Dec. 1903. He is a Dtch actor who was quite famous in Germany between 1940 and 1960. He is still on stage but to my impression his health is going down rapidly. He is not so aware of the things that happen to him since he was 2 or 3 years ago. I think he will survive this year but he might be a good candidate for 2006.
Tuber Mirum 125 Posted June 3, 2005 We have had Joopi Heesters before here. As you might have had a chance of knowing, had the search box been working.

It tends to be reliable in the main, but I nearly put the conductor Norman del Mar down, but checked on another site and found (as I suspected) that he's been waving a celestial baton since 1994, so not 100% reliable. I'm open to any corrections!
