maryportfuncity 10,482 Posted March 10 Haven't looked in here in ages - see the Fort are currently third in the league (though the top two are so far away they're uncatchable) Healthy goal difference too - https://www.northcaleyfa.com/league.php Thurso on the other hand, are enough to give those who were there when this thread started some sense of deja vu

Paul Bearer 6,020 Posted April 1 Fort William Football Club Dead ( in name only) Having completed our fixtures for the season we are excited to share some news and announce changes at the club. The club has come a long way in the last two years working hard to imbed itself in the local community of Lochaber, but, as the club grows we look to forge ahead with building the clubs following and presence throughout the world. Having been lucky to have two documentaries documenting the club as it fought to stay in the HFL, we are proud to announce that the third in the trilogy has been given the green light. The new documentary will follow the club in the 2024/25 season as we seek to improve the club from top to bottom. This starts with the club rebranding - following meetings with the SFA and NCFL as of next season the club will be known as Ben Nevis FC. We are proud to have such a fantastic following and we are proud to be Ben Nevis FC.

Paul Bearer 6,020 Posted August 31 Come on the Fort. Fort William 0-8 Hill of Beath Knocked out the cup. A tough game at Claggan today against a well organised and fit Hill of Beath side who go through to the next round. 1-0 at half time after a dogged and hard working Fort performance, the second half saw the Haws come out of the traps early and took advantage of a tiring home side. Despite the result there were positives to take from the game as Kyle and Ross build the team. Thank you to all the supporters who came and to the volunteers who without days like today simply wouldn't happen. Today's Fort William FC man of the match was young Evan Atkinson at Right Back who made his first Senior start, having made his first team debut from the bench last week. Onwards and upwards.
